Great puppy, poor delivery communication
I would explain the PuppySpot experience as Carvana for puppies. And generally, it works decently well. The reason we did not rate it higher was that we were planning a surprise. We were told our puppy would arrive Saturday, and I called both Wednesday and Friday to request to be notified of the time of arrival (even a range would be fine). We got a call 15 minutes ahead of time (at 7:45 am) that the puppy was in transit. Separately, our puppy had a bit of a tummy problem, nothing awful, but he had to be treated with medication. We had him checked by a vet one week after the puppy arrived, so it is possible that he picked something up on our land here. And the vet said it was possible for this type of bug to escape the testing that the vet performed prior to the puppy arriving. But all in all the process, except for delivery communication, worked smoothly, and the puppy looked exactly like we thought he would. If they could get the delivery communications down better, I would certainly rate higher.

Hi Catherine. Thank you for the feedback on the delivery communication for your puppy. We hope your little one has reacted positively to their medicine and all is looking up at this time.
