This dog was either neglected, abused or both. She's terrified of people in general and extremely difficult to get to respond normally to basic dog training and after nearly 3 weeks will still not come near me when called regardless if I have a treat. When she eats from her bowl she has always acted terrified, and will get one or two bits then run away to where she feels safe, eat and then return and repeat. She's afraid of every human interaction. To the point I've gotten bit more than once. This is not typical puppy behavior and is indicative of neglect, abuse or both. I will never use this company again, and will be reporting this incident. I'm not paying for an abused puppy.

Definitely told multiple stories. Was told the puppy was being flown and we would be given a crate. No call puppy was driving in a truck for 20 hours without being removed from the crate. No crate provided so we had nothing at pick up. Also charged $188 for a "puppy pack" of stuff we didn't need nor want but wasn't told what it was - bowls, a blanket, a toy - we didn't know this was coming as no one told us and we had already purchased everything. Same $711 travel charge for air/ground? 20 hours in the truck pup was traumatized and covered in feces (they did clean him as best they could). Given the cost, I would have hoped for something a bit more organized and professional with more communication.

Yesterday, our Vet said that Cassidy is one of most hyper active puppies he has seen. It's apparent that she was not handled as a newborn, and she constantly bites to draw blood. She also has been treated for an ongoing giardia infection, first noticed by the breeder. Your screening process is woefully flawed, and again, we do not have a happy or healthy puppy.

Worst customer service! Left numerous emails and text messages. Good luck trying to get somebody on the phone. We received our puppy at 10pm in a parking lot. The next morning we noticed the paperwork we received was for a different puppy. Never deal this company.

CROOKS! BUYERS BEWARE! Our puppy was delivered with bloody stool that was a symptom of a parasite and upper respiratory infection. Zero customer service. Our puppy is still sick. I am sitting in the vet as I type this. It’s our second trip to the vet. Puppy spot fails to answer emails or calls back or acknowledge any reimbursement. They LURE YOU IN with a believable business “promise” and HIDE behind a health guarantee but they don’t honor it!!!!!! Beware!!!!!!

Although the service from the staff was good, and we received our puppy as planned, however when we took our puppy for his first Vet check up visit about a week after we got him, his fecal parasite screen results was positive for a parasite called Giardia. His Vet started him on couple of medications that he is still taking. As a result, we have been taking care of a sick puppy in the past week or two, in addition to incurring a surprise vet bill which I am expecting PuppySpot to pay.

I purchased my Bernedoodle just over a year ago. Although he looks amazing and has the kindest demeanor we’ve recently discovered a huge hereditary issue within the breed. He has been having seizures for over a month now with constant “fly biting” and a huge decline in his training. The vet bills have been adding up and the extra work we’ve been putting into him just so he can live a somewhat normal life is exhausting.

I was looking at a Dachshund puppy on puppyspot.com. I started the finance application but couldn’t finish it on my phone. I was going to finish it on my computer when I was able to get to it about 6 hours later. In that six hours, I received about 8 calls, emails and text messages from puppyspot.com and their financing company (only two were from the finance company). That totally turned me off to buying from them. I don’t like pushy sales people so I told them I was no longer interested. They kept reaching out to me. I told them I found another puppy (which I did). Finally I reported the text as spam and blocked the numbers. They keep calling and texting from other numbers. If you like your sanity and not being badgered, do not give them your information!
