Thank you for the feedback. We pride ourselves in "knowing our stuff" to reduce the amount of stress and anxiety that is normal when adopting a puppy. On the issue of wait time, we understand that it can be frustrating. Delivery dates of puppies are very impacted by the age and size of the puppy and whether it is safe for them to travel. These are federally mandated guidelines which PuppySpot always adheres to. So apologies that you had to wait, but happy that you are happy overall. Thank you for working with us to find your perfect puppy.

From start to finish
From start to finish, everything was taken care of and in a very enjoyable way! Everyone was nice, and attentive! Our puppy is perfect and well taken care of! I have no negative feedback what so ever:)

A Perfect Experiences
What a great experience it has been! From the moment I called expressing an interest in the puppy to the delivery of our adorable Yogi I had nothing but great interactions. The team answered all of my questions, provided pics when I asked for them, communicated wonderfully with the delivery and got my puppy on time as scheduled. Perfect is the only word that describes my experience. Thank you!!

You kept me updated all the way through this process. He was only four weeks old when I picked him and he traveled well. I was really worried, but he came through with flying colors.
You kept me updated on my puppy for four weeks and for his trip which was uneventful. He was happy to get out of the cage and and be part of our family. My grandchild and great grandchildren loved him. He’s almost potty broke no accidents in the house very playful very smart just adore him

Puppy spot did a magnificent job!
Puppy spot did a magnificent job from the very start. They help me ensure I picked the perfect puppy for our family, which Boaz most certainly is. They calmed me during the waiting process, as this was the hardest time….. waiting for your pure bundle of joy. I was worried reading the comments about my puppy potentially flying, then I heard the most wonderful news, our puppy was coming through one of their transportation services. The service contacted me and let me know exactly where my puppy would meet me. Then the driver texted me the day before to let me know he had our sweet puppy, and he was being well taken care of. When we arrived at the pick up location, the driver was there exactly on time. You could clearly see that he loved his job and loved caring for these precious puppies during their transport. Boaz was handed to us in perfect condition and is just the best boy ever. I will be a puppy spot customer for life!
