I found Odie, the perfect little puppy, on PuppySpot. Kelvin helped me through the purchasing process and was amazing to work with! For 14 days, I was contacted by PuppySpot, each day, right up to 5 minutes before delivery. I even received the care package, which had absolutely everything in it. My little boy came home yesterday. He had traveled 2 days to reach the New England area and you could see the handler's were amazing.

Our experience with PuppySpot was excellent from the start. The staff that contacted us were very pleasant and informative. Joey and Roy from Premier Pet Transport were on time and communicated the pick up clearly. The puppy was just as the picture and I believe that he had some potty training. The only thing is that we are treating him for giardia which I guess is very common. Overall PuppySpot made the stressful process easy. Thanks to all.

Had good communication with Puppyspot from the beginning. They told us what would happen and when. Our puppy arrived and in good health. The puppy was a little timid after the long plane ride but 30 minutes later she was fine and very happy. All in all this was a very good experience. We are very happy with our puppy.
