Everything was great - my only complaint was I has to drive nearly two hours to pick up my puppy. This is the second time I have used Puppy Spot and I felt very comfortable with the service and the quality of the puppies

We love the puppy. All went well except we could have used more communication after we bought the puppy. It was a little confusing.

Quick. & easy!…

I received lots of information from all concerned when the travel plans went haywire. Our little guy arrived happy and healthy despite the bumps in the road. Many thanks to the team that stepped up to make it work!

I told the person that I worked with that I was purchasing the dog for a friend that didn’t have a credit card. I told him the friends name & to forward all emails & updates to her as well as myself & wife. I specifically told him that we needed all three of us authorized to pick up the dog at the airport. Unfortunately, this didn’t happen & the dog would not be released to my friend, who is the owner of the dog. I talked to the person on the phone at the airport & she asked me for my name & my wife’s name which were shown as the authorized persons. Fortunately, she released the dog. Other than this issue, I would have given a 5 star rating. The puppy was perfect.

The first contact I had with Puppyspot was with Dave and he was very responsive and helpful. We didn’t have a lot of communication about travel arrangements after we purchased our puppy. When I called the help line they were not always in sync. We had shared our land line and cell numbers — and were very specific about each —- we had some communication issues when the travel pick up day arrived. Although I called customer service to try to get confirmation on the pick up arrangements, they just said that the travel company would reach out but we didn’t hear anything. As it turned out, we were on route to the pick up location and circled around the parking lot … and found the van by the license plate state. It was raining so they were not able to affix the magnetic signage to the outside of the van. They told us they repeatedly called the number supplied by Puppyspot which was our landline instead of cell phone. They actually said not to give our landline in future that other clients had the same issue. Otherwise customer service at Puppyspot tried their best to be helpful. In the end we have a super great puppy! I believe the breeder did a great job with our puppy. He is a very sweet nicely tempered little pup! Thank you all!

I liked how in-depth the information about the puppy’s genealogy and breed was. She arrived like a princess to us, such a smart little girl. I do wish from the time of purchase to delivery there was more information given on her progress so we knew the right sizing for her harness and such, also would have liked to get in touch with the breeder for a video. But she’s here now and we look forward a to seeing her grow into a beautiful dog.
