Nathan B. & Gary were right on time, and delivered our precious puppy in good health. They were polite and friendly, and I would definitely recommend this team.

Chuck and Mark of Premier Pet Transport LLC ensured our puppy was delivered on time according to the predetermined time frame. In fact, Chuck and Mark were not only on time, but they were actually an hour ahead of schedule and informed us we could come early to pick our puppy up. Communication was prompt and accurate. Thank you Chuck and thank you Mark for doing an excellent job.

So professional and helpful. Everything was explained very well. Communications were excellent and I cannot say enough about the people who delivered our puppy. This is our 2nd experience with PuppySpot. 1st one was 4 years ago and I am pleased to say that they are still maintaining their excellence.

The havanese puppy is absolutely perfect and adorable. I couldn’t have asked for a better puppy. Breeder must have spent a lot of time with her. She is very loving trusting and is easy to train. I would definitely buy from this breeder again. The only thing I would change with this experience is having better communication with Puppy Spot. There was too much time between answering questions. Over all I am very pleased.

My experience with puppyspot has been great. Info in the time it needed to be understood. It was pretty seamless and comforting with lots of questions answered. Info from Pet Premier Transport was perfect! They gave me the drivers names, Chuck and Mark, who introduced themselves with a quick text. They even arrived early, which was so perfect for me! Chuck and Mark at delivery were awesome! My pup must have been the tiniest on board, she loved mucking up Mark, then Chuck handed her to me, he even took an extra photo for me. He gave me some guidance on the nutra-cal as well. Thank you so much Chuck and Mark!
