We had a puppy delivered by Premier Pet Transport by the drivers,Chuck and Mark. They kept in constant communication and let us know that they were at the pick up spot earlier than anticipated. Puppy was given to us and every part of this experience went smoothly. Driver we spoke with was friendly and answered all of our questions. Wonderful experience!

The pressure to trust a company online is difficult these days. But from what I experienced I can say I trust this company. They care about the pets and making sure they are taken care of. The process was flawless and so easy.

Chuck and Mark from Premier Pet Transport did a fantastic, caring and expert job in delivering our miniature poodle puppy from Missouri to Connecticut - happy, on time and in wonderful shape - highly recommend them!

Chuck and Mark delivered my puppy and 4 others to a group of families waiting in a parking lot. It was so much fun seeing all the puppies. Each puppy looked well and mine, Teddy, was healthy and happy. There was a chocolate lab, a black lab, a pomeranian, and some cute little doodle! Teddy was the only cocker spaniel. I think the men took good care of them. Thank you!

The driver & assistant who delivered our new puppy was Dalton & Skyler. They were in continuous communication with us just prior & the day & time of our meeting. They arrived at the appointed location on time. They were courteous, informative & answered our questions fully. Our new puppy was received in excellent spirits & health along with his food, papers & personal blanket. They even told us our dog had traveled well & slept nicely during his journey. We were pleased with the transport.

We lost our other Peke around a year and a half ago. It took us some time to get past the loss! We had her for almost 16 years! So I started looking for another Peke, and this website popped up with our “Future “ girl! From the beginning of my first contact, they have been a pleasure to work with! Made the experience easy and a delight! Thank you for our little girl 🥰

PuppySpot was so helpful helping me locate my perfect puppy with their phone support and website search filters. Once I had secured my little nugget, Premier Pet Transport (shout out to drivers/handlers Chuck and Mark 👏👏) delivered my pup right on time to a convenient location keeping in touch with me along the way. Totally smooth process to a very happy and healthy little pup!!
