It took forever to get our puppy. Was told I would get him to me before Thanksgiving. That did not happen. Was told he would be flown to me. That did not happen. The customer representative over the phone sounded like they did not know what they were talking about. I had better communication with the gentleman transporting him to me. He was exactly what was described so that’s why I would give the puppy spot 3 stars. I’m so happy he’s finally home after I purchased him right away but had to wait over a month to get him.

Failure to Communicate
Communications are my primary complaint - travel details were wrong, and it took me emailing their CEO and Operations Director to get a phone call back. Even after leaving a 3-star review, and having them email me to call them...I was still on hold forever and finally gave up.
Our puppy arrived with a UTI (blood in urine) and an intestinal infection / parasites (blood in feces) - so the poor little guy is on two antibiotics plus a dewormer - all which should have been taken care of before they ever shipped him to us. Needless to say, we'll go to the local Shelter to adopt a stray before we ever go back.
Otherwise, he's a fantastic little guy - goofy, happy and stubborn as all get out.

Misleading information on Pupoy’s Parents from Breeder and PuppySpot
Communication pre-post Travel logistics was great. Wait time for customer service was a bit long at times (15-20 mins).
Issue may be more with breeder information. Parents of Maltipoo and weight was posted and sent to me. Weight of both parents ranged from 6-9 lbs. Puppy Spot said based on the info they had, puppy should not weight more than the high end of the range. Puppy is 15 weeks and weighed in at 7.2lbs at the vet wellness visit. I believe the pics and weight of parents may be misleading as the Vet stated that my puppy is on track to be 15lbs. I understand that there are variances but this is off the charts based what was posted. I have also taken snap shots of website that use to have parents weight/pics of parents but now they have taken down the weight of parents from the website. Just a bit disappointing as we were specifically looking for a Maltipoo that would be under 10lbs.

Great dog, terrible breeder!
My husband and I found a wonderful standard poodle easily on the site. The gentleman I spoke to was friendly and helpful. However, one the puppy arrived, we realized that the pup had had no contact with humans. He also didn't know what grass was, what a collar is, or what a leash is. Clearly he had been kenneled for his entire life. He arrived at our house at almost 5-months old. It's neglectful to say the least. I tried to reach out to puppy spot but couldn't find a number, once the purchase is complete. He is a wonderful dog but is significantly delayed developmentally given his kennel experience.

I love my pup but she came with kennel…
I love my pup but she came with kennel cough that lasted for several months. I also could never get the 2 free vet appointments from vetster. I talked to a tech and she said I needed to talk to a vet and I couldn’t get any response from they’re team. A vet never contacted me.

95% satisfied!
All my dogs prior to this have been rescues. My current dogs are pit mixes of 42 and 64 lbs. Given that I'm now in my 70's and my oldest dog has cancer, I wanted a small dog with the energy and temperament to play with my female when the oldest passes. I settled on a smaller (25#) French bulldog I can lift when need be, who can hold his own with the other two and walk on leash with the female without pulling me all over or making me fall. That's happened when the first two have seen rabbits and deer in the neighborhood. Believe me, as a former massage therapist I am strong but they can be stronger at times! So a smaller Frenchie seemed a good choice.
After looking for over a year at rescued Frenchies, which all seemed to have health issues, I found Puppy Spot. They state that their dogs don't come from puppy mills, have been socialized and are in good health. I deliberately chose a 4-1/2 month old dog rather than a tiny pup, and opted to drive quite a distance across several states to pick him up (a 3 day trip), to prevent him from being put in an airplane cargo hold. Puppy Spot had informed me they couldn't deliver to my address anyway - I live up in the mountains - and deducted delivery cost from my bill. That gave me the benefit of speaking at length with his breeder. I put a crate for the pup in the SUV and brought my other two dogs along so the three could get used to each other on the drive home. Because of this there were no problems when he first arrived.
From the outset Mugsy (originally Felix) has been a real joy! He's very smart, his health checked out well, and he adapted immediately to my two older dogs that he plays with. He has a sense of curiosity and independence and is quite fearless; things like the vacuum or noise outside don't bother him and he loves meeting people. The only downside to him, which is reason for my 3 stars, is that he wasn't house broken, he eats poop, and the follow-up vet check Puppy Spot offered for free wasn't available because that vet went out of business. They said that was a freebie the vet had offered, so they need to take it off their ads or reimburse customers. He did learn quickly to potty outdoors but after 4-1/2 months still eats poop, even though I've bought expensive supplements with probiotics, soil-based minerals and those to help digestion - with no luck. I'm on constant poop patrol and watch him carefully each time he goes out. It was obvious when he first arrived that someone had worked with him a bit.
I always received quick call backs from Puppy Spot and people kept in touch right up to my departure to pick him up. I even got a call from the breeder's vet, so I was able to ask about his health. I've read other reviews that say their dog wasn't the DNA breed they paid for, but mine looks and acts just like a French bulldog so there's no reason to do a DNA test, which I've done with my other two dogs. Since we're not going to breed him anyway, that's a moot point and he was neutered yesterday.
The longer he's with me, the more I love him!

Although everyone I was able to talk to…
Although everyone I was able to talk to @ PuppySpot was knowledgeable and caring, it was nearly impossible to speak to anyone let alone the same person twice. There were issues that required attention. Seems there's not enough employees to handle this.
