I will never use this company again, once they have your money the chase is on, no pun intended, so they lied to me on many levels, they told me that I could pay for shipping and delivery to the closest airport near me which they did not, I did not receive any paperwork until the delivery so I couldn't verify the vetianerian or reports, nor verify the breader, the poor pup had bleeding in his stool because of worms, this went on for a couple of months because the worms were resistant to medicine, I had contacted puppyspot about this and other problems but they simply don't answer the phone nor get back to you, finally after months of going back and forth with countless calls and emails they told me 7 months after I first contacted them about the worms they told me that they would not cover any of the vetianerian bills I incurred for the worms because I contacted them 17 days after the delivery of the pup and their cut time is 15 days. They made me go to the vetianerian and get copies, scan them and not once but twice. They could have told me that at the very beginning. Buyer beware... Ok, an update from me. The very next of this post puppyspot.com called me and said they would credit me the vetianerian bills, so I waited and after a few days the money went into my account. The person that called said she wanted to talk to me about the problems I had, I said you only called me because of this review on trustpilot.com, end of the story. Thank you to trustpilot.com and puppyspot for getting my money back!!!

My puppy was late and upset due to a transmission failure on the delivery van. I expected her to be flown from Missouri to Redlands, California. I was charged 1k for shipping and she was traumatized and filthy. I will never deal with you again.

Terrible!!!!! Once they receive you money it’s over with communication and delivery when they feel like it I brought multiple dogs from here and this was the worst experience ever.

The puppy we got never had any training and lot of issues

Mislead on how the puppy would arrive, puppy arrived with respiratory issues.

Finding a dog was easy, and after the initial conversation with a puppy customer care professional I was feeling great. However, the rest of the process was messy- I read every email, and material, and learned things that should have just been covered during that initial call. Closer to the pickup date for my puppy, I was getting multiple calls at the same time from different puppy spot employees who wanted to speak with me about the risk and necessity of Nutrical. Again, this felt very chaotic and should have been covered in the first call. The right hand doesn’t know what the left hand is doing, and you get bounced to multiple people over a short period of time.

Absolute horrible company to work with. They tell you everything you want to hear before you pay, then after you pay they give you nothing they promised. This company claims to be puppy mill free, but they have no way of proving that as there isn’t a standard definition of what constitutes a puppy mill. Absolutely disgusting company to work with and I would recommend that they are investigated instead if used to find a puppy.

Telling me to read a document that I have already read is not helpful. Help me with the situation. And getting a call back 3 days later is not an acceptable practice.
