Just received our new puppy yesterday
Just received our new puppy yesterday. Whole family absolutely loves her!!!! This was probably one of the biggest spontaneous decisions I’ve ever made . I had found a lost dog and we were lucky enough to find the pets owner after a week. My 11 yr old daughter had always wanted a dog and had gotten attached and of course sad to give the dog back but knew it was the right thing to do. My landlord would never let us have a dog, but after seeing my 11yr old daughter with the other dog he caved and said we could now have one. I just went into your website looking for a possible new puppy of our own and when I saw our new puppy it was love at first site!!! I called and spoke to Alan at your website and he was so nice and helpful. He answered all my questions and I got excited. Unfortunately when I got back to actually putting money down on her she was already Reserved!! I was so upset. I had mentioned it to my daughter and she was disappointed too after seeing her picture. The next day as I was putting her on her school bus in the morning my daughter stated “mommy why don’t you see if she became available again…” I thought yeah right.. but as I went to work and looked her up before walking through the door of my work place it turned out she was available again! I called up right away and got Alan again and told him to put the reserve back on and bought her! So excited and I kept it a secret from my daughter for 3 weeks! Not even sure how I did it. She finally came yesterday with your wonderful transport drivers Chuck and Skyler and they were sooo friendly, nice and helpful. They shared with me how their ride was and how they take care of all the puppies they transport. Hats off to how great they take care of them. Chuck handed over our new puppy to my son and later we surprised my daughter. She was beyond happy and started to cry happy tears as she stated she remembered her from your website picture. She stated “ is she really ours ??” and I was like “Yes this is OUR brand new family puppy!!” Not sure about the name yet, but we are all working on it. Thank you sooo much again to all of your staff for being so nice and helpful and for a wonderful experience!! ❤️🐶
