Dallas was our driver for my new best friend and he arrived earlier than expected! He works for Premier Pet Transport and truly cares about what he does and the safety of these precious babies.

I was surprised working with puppyspot. I never heard of them before and took a gamble when I found our fur baby and fell in love. Before purchasing our puppy I called their customer support and they answered all my questions and provided additional information that was helpful in my decision. As soon as I got off the phone, I purchased our yorkipoo and received a call back congratulating me and what to expect next. 7-9 days after purchase I received transportation details. I was to receive our puppy the following week. Premier Pet transportation reached out the day before letting me know Chuck and Skyler were our drivers and their vehicle description. They confirmed the transportation detail were still on schedule. Chuck and Skyler reached out again the day off that they were still on schedule. Chuck and Skyler were on time and were very nice to work with. Our fur baby was washed and dried and very happy coming out of the van. I could tell they have been doing this a while and they seemed to really enjoy their job. Thank you both for taking such great care of our baby during his transisiton. Our puppy is amazing and my family couldn't be happier. I can tell hewas raised with love and well cared for. Between puppyspot and premier pet our experience was 5+ STARS. I highly recommend them both.
