Buying a puppy online is a risk. Although we are very happy with our little Oscar, we knew precious little about our pup’s health and breeding, even though we had asked. Of course a vet said he was healthy, but does he say that about all of them? (Our puppy’s price was half that of his brothers & sisters. Obviously, I wanted to know why, but when asked, the accommodating representative didn’t know why—but didn’t offer a way to find out. Clearly, I was the one who had to insist on an answer—but I had already fallen in love and failed to be the firm consumer.) In the delivery waiting period, I felt in the dark, and realized I really didn’t know the quality or temperament of the dog we were adopting. My fault, perhaps, but it was also my fear. When he came, finally, we were delighted and relieved. He is smart, beautiful, seemingly without the handicap we had feared. I’ve had many, many dogs in my life, but Oscar is the most loving and affectionate that I have experienced. We are grateful, surprised, and relieved that he is so perfect. So, my 3 stars for the long wait time and 5+ stars for the quality of our puppy—he hits the puppy spot.

We welcomed home our newest family member last week thanks to PuppySpot and Premier Pet Transport! There were initially some issues with scheduling a delivery date, but a supervisor stepped in to help sort everything out. Our Premier Pet Transport drivers (Dallas and Chuck) were great - they arrived early, communicated with us along the way, and brought our puppy to us quickly and safely. It’s been about a week and our sweet boy is settling in really well!

The process was simple. It was obvious that the breeder really cared about the puppy. The puppy is a healthy, happy dog!

Very happy with my puppy, information provided by Puppyspot and the breeder to help me care for and raise her, and their followup to check on her wellbeing. There was some miscommunication with Puppyspot, probably on both sides, which was amplified by dealing with too many different staff - otherwise, I would give them 5 stars.

"Nugget" is an absolutely adorable little rascal, very smart, but she came to us with giardia. We are treating her through our vet. I am concerned about our other goldendoodle. We took in a fecal sample for her when we picked up the meds for Nugget.

Great Puppy, In the beginning of the buying process the communication was great but later no so. I was never able to speak to the breeder, only a third party. Also the delivery was a little frustrating. I'm not sure who I was texting, I think two or three people. I never got a call or a good answer to my questions. Just a text with a delivery date. My experience was not bad but a little frustrating. Communication could be better.

I received my puppy yesterday, the breeder was amazing, I also pickup her sister for my girlfriend that I had highly recommended your website to, as well as the puppy manager that I dealt with. My experience ran very smoothly, but cannot say that about my girlfriends! Not only did they not react to the issues you are having with the website, they did NOT call her back with all her issues. It was days, and I am not sure that she is still able to log into her account. She has spoken with so many different people with NO RESOLVE! This was an embarrassment for me, as I was the one who recommended she use Puppyspot.

My puppy is what I expected, more or less. Puppyspot had him listed as silver dapple color. His papers, included with him say blue merle. No GREAT BIG deal, The GREAT BIG DEAL is that we tested his stool on the 26th. He has raging coccidia and was positive for giardia. We are, of course treating him for both. He had his overall physical today and passed with no other problems. On his health record his stool samples were negative. He did not develop these problems overnight. This makes you look bad, not horrible, but not the best. This is all an FYI.
