Communication is horrible and once the bill is paid if any issues arise during delivery of the pup there answer conflicts as far as delivery and paperwork that’s already been paid for. Please stay adamant with this company. I paid $710 for delivery to my home only to drive 2 1/2 hour to meet for delivery. Where is the compensation in that. No one explained that part till after payment was made in full. So be prepared

I bought 2 puppies from puppyspot…received them 12/20/23they met my vet 1/04/24. 14 days… 1 showed infected with 3 different parasites. >30 on each of parasite..One parasite highly contagious, whipworms.i had to treat both of them for they reside in same house.. the chip in the one infected does not match chip data base. This is all true….i have conducted more research, by contacting the vets of these so called Vetted checked…. No fecal preformed on Willis. Rosie’s breeder did all his own vaccinating and chipping of Rosie the vet Administered the Rabies only at the transporting facility…. Puppyspot needs to be investigated

This team seems inadequately trained or skilled to manage high volume work —which they apparently have. Warning about parasites makes me somewhat relieved Puppy Spot blew me off and kept my deposit after I sent final payment TWICE before 72 hours. They managed to receive my deposit but then returned/rejected my final payment before 72 hours over the long holiday weekend. Inexcusable. Unprofessional. Unethical. Arguably illegal. Emailed CEO and VP Customer experience. Will pursue with management.

Little to no communication before puppies travel date. Zero options on date or time when to pick up your puppy with less than a week to make arrangements with work or family. An extremely high price tag for "transportation" which still led to over an hour of travel to get to the meet up location, it would've been cheaper just to travel and pick up our puppy ourselves. You are given no options regarding transportation because the company is moving a larger amount of puppies at once and finds the easiest middle point for buyers, it has nothing to do with limiting stress of the puppies as we were told. Our puppy is amazing and in great health which we are very grateful for, however the transportation option is very misleading / inconvenient / and over priced for what you receive.

Customer service was excellent when they wanted to sell my husband and I a puppy. The representatives were responsive and in particular "Brenda" answered all of our questions and concerns. Once we purchased our $4,181.00 puppy, zero support was provided! On the website, the company indicated that the puppy we purchased was on a Royal Canin (dry) diet and we should follow suit. In the meantime, Puppy Spot promised to provide us with aforementioned dog food, complimentary as a "starter." The food provided was NOT Royal Canin and the representative "Brenda" who was in contact to make the sale was no longer returning text messages or phone calls. Lastly, Puppy Spot promotes a "commitment to health." However, after only 7days with my new puppy and a veterinarian visit, it was discovered that my $4,181.00 puppy was filled with parasites and required medication. Several calls were made to Puppy Spot followed by an email detailing the diagnosis and bill provided by our veterinarian. No response was provided! We are extremely disappointed with Puppy Spot and will no longer do business with them. Complete buyers remorse and will take our business elsewhere in the near-term. WE PLAN TO SPREAD THE WORD TO ALL FAMILY AND FRIENDS.

Do not use this company! They don’t let you meet the puppy or even tell you which breeder it’s from before purchasing …. Man on phone was extremely defensive and rude. Extremely shady! Reputable breeders would never use this website.

I had very limited contact with anyone. I was supposed to get confirmation on my travel to pick up the puppy the night before since I had to drive 4 hours and no one reached out. I wanted more pictures of the puppy and didn’t get it. I also paid for travel and I drove the whole way to get the dog and the breeders lived 5 minutes down the road. This was a very unpleasant experience.

BEWARE--This a company that will answer your questions until you pay in full. You can leave several message, you can talk to a manager, it will make no difference. They first said you would get the puppy in 7-10 days. Once you pay - you'll get an email and it says 2-3 wk's. This was supposed to be a Christmas gift and they new that. But it made no difference to them. They already had my money. They also tell you they will take updated photos and videos of their dogs every 3 weeks. I texted my rep over 8 times and spoke to a manager over 4 times for pictures or videos of my puppy as well as estimated date of delivery -- with nothing being resolved. They would not tell me when I would I get her until I called my credit card to cancel the transaction. Then they finally put some pictures, but no video. I was completed frustrated by their treatment and sadly I cancelled my oder for my puppy. They are not worth the headaches. This is not the way to treat your customers.
