We are very happy with our little girl Lilac/Bailey. The process went smooth and seamless. The only issue was where the planes deliver to. We drove 5 hours each way, a long day for all.

What a great company to work with! Puppyspot kept in constant communication with me. They were upfront with their policies and how everything worked. In the beginning they explained that if my puppy didn’t meet the regulations to travel that there could be changes. I purchased a tea cup yorkie that didn’t meet the travel regulations at the expected time of delivery. I did put them through some shanenigans, and was not professional in my responses. However everyone I spoke to at Puppyspot was professional and kind. Hindsight is always 20/20 and they were FANTASTIC! I appreciate the fact that even with my BS, they did not bend the rules and made sure my puppy had the safest travel plan in place! I had to wait 2 extra weeks but I am so grateful! Guinness aka “TaterToT” made the transition safely and without issue! Thank you PuppySpot for ensuring my fur baby made it safe and sound.. despite my poor behavior! Addendum: the one VERY disappointing issue is I was able to have Guinness see my vet within 9 days of delivery.. unfortunately he has yeast and ear mites that are rather disgusting that I had to pay for to treat… I was not expecting this additional cost .. however I am not going to let my puppy suffer! I would like to think that PuppySpot will be taking care of this additional bill, as clearly this is how he arrived!

I can’t say enough great things about our drivers Nathan B. & Gary with Premier Pet Transport! They keep us updated via email, text & phone calls which I truly appreciated. Truly professional in every way for sure. AND just nice guys! What more can you ask for? Our puppy arrived safe & sound, happy & calm AND smelling fresh as a daisy. I would use this company & these two great guys again in a heartbeat. Thanks again guys!

We fell in love with Merle from the first minute we saw him online and my worry was that because he was so far away that we wouldn't be able to make it happen. Puppyspot was incredible to work with and made the process so easy! Now, thanks to all their great work and of course thanks to Mark and Chuck, the transporters, he is now having a ball in our living room. They kept us informed throughout the journey and got him here safe and happy and we are so grateful. Thank you Puppyspot, Mark, Chuck and Premier Pet Transport.
