Piper arrived on time and only 15 miles from our home. The transfer was smooth and I appreciated that the driver asked for id and took a picture of me with Piper to assure we were the right parents . Piper was in great shape and smelled very nice. We could tell she was well taken care of on the trip. We love Piper already.

I appreciated the emails and texts regarding Emily. More communication regarding her on board her flight safely would have helped ‼️

This is my second time using puppy spot. We’ve had the best experience from before we decided to purchase from the purchase to receiving our puppy. Everything is explained, and they follow up to ensure that everything you need to know after you receive your puppy goes seamlessly. Chuck drove our puppy seven hours to us. He was great and I feel like she was very well taken care of.

Puppy spot And premiere pet. They are too company, very reliable and easy to communicate With Premier pet call last the night before told us that they were in route with our New puppy, Eleanor gave us instruction where to meet them and they may be arriving earlier than the time that was set for the day. Will call us and let us know and sure enough they arrive two hours earlier than the set time they called us to let us know that they were there with our new puppy I informed them that I was running a little behind schedule. They told me not to worry to take my time and they will see us when we get there. It was a very happy moment to see our new puppy and premiere pets they were very polite very nice , I would recommend them to everyone. Thank you so much for a wonderful experience.

Great customer service. Awesome company, and transport company. Used both twice. Communication by both is fantastic, always knew what was happening and when. Great follow through.

The sales had great follow through. Initial sales agent Lynne Delgado was helpful and not pushy. She immediately addressed a few questions regarding transportation that I had after the sale, and the follow through from her and Premier Transport (Jared)was quick. Premier Transport is also a very reliable company that my friend and breeder uses with great success. The initial contact from Jared and Travis was perfect. Nate and Gary were the drivers and kept us in the loop during transportation and an accurate arrival was enjoyed by all. They were kind and treated the puppy's and the people with respect. Our 5 month old puppy arrived obviously nourished and watered as her output was very normal. We thank them for this. We are 100% satisfied with Premier Transport and the support staff involved.
