Great experience
Puppy Spot stayed in contact with me through the entire process of getting my puppy from Ohio to Florida. When the first puppy I chose was checked and had a minor medical issue they were quick to let me know and gave me the option of a refund of choosing another puppy. I would (and have) recommended them to others.

Well Done from Start to Delivery
From choosing our pup to the support linkages with Pet Health Insurance to delivery… everything was smooth a professional. Our pup came from Indiana to So California and was delivered sweet smelling and on time. The transporting crew, Chuck and Skyler, kept us up to date on arrival times and handled the transfer calmly and efficiently. Well done, PuppySpot

At first I was quite nervous but after talking to the representatives At PetSpot, and the easy flow of emails going back-and-forth helped me become more trustworthy. I have the cutest Pomeranian. Thank you 🙏 all for making my dreams come true. I would advise anybody that was looking for a puppy should definitely call pet spot Thank you everyone.

Puppyspot is awesome they ensure…
Puppyspot is awesome they ensure everything was great with out puppy and double/triple checked his health. Chuck and Skyler delivered our puppy and it was as the time they promised and our puppy was clean and smelled so good. They both are very professional and ensure I had all the information needed for my puppy.

Outstanding care, communication and service
From the moment we went to the website to our discussions with one of the puppies spot associates to receiving emails and texts on a routine basis to the transportation and Care of the puppy to our reception of the puppy and bringing it home. The entire procedure seemed seamless and virtually flawless. Thank you for a wonderful experience and our little ball of joy seems to be adapting to his new home very well

Great experience
I was updated throughout the whole experience. Emails and texts keeping me informed of everything I needed to know. Joey and Roy from Premier Pet Transport LLC delivered my pup on time and in good health. Highly recommend this company!
