The experience was great
The experience was great. I gave it a 4 star only because when I asked what the puppy was eating..the answer was chicken and brown rice. I didn't know whether he was talking about human food or if dog food, the brand I should continue. The transport people were great. They gave me a pouch of dog food. Again, I didn't know whether that came from the breeder or the transport company. I just couldn't remember all the questions I should be asking.

I appreciated the responsiveness of the staff and reliable communication. The drop off with medical records went well. So far we are loving our new dog. The only drawback was that I was initially told travel days would only be Thursday - Saturday and planned accordingly. Then I got told a week ahead drop off was a Wednesday.

It was a little bumpy at first
It was a little bumpy at first, but when I got the right person, it went very smoothly. They helped me get my Copper. I picked him up yesterday at the airport. I was so excited to see him. The people that really went to bat for me to get Copper. I want to give you a big thank you Laurel.

The initial purchase was great
The initial purchase was great. Stacy did a great job and very attentive. she communicated to us the next steps. The after sale was a bit more worrisome. You pay $4500 and no one really wants to actually talk. They keep you guessing on the transportation of the pet. You try to talk to them and all they want to do is email and the response was slow. The sales people basically quit on you and when you can asking for delivery time lines they don’t want to respond. Need to be more transparent especially when you spend $4500. Overall we are happy with Puppy Spot. Delivery of Gracie was great. Very easy.

Happy Puppy
The puppy was just as her video showed - friendly, happy, energetic. She arrived clean and healthy. Premier Pet Transport keep us informed and up to date on her arrival time. Our greatest fear was that we were going to be scammed and the just wasn't the case. Our only problem was that we purchased her before a holiday and it took longer to receive her than we anticipated and Pet Spot did not keep up informed as to what was going on with our purchase. If it wasn't for the pet supplies which was reassuring when they arrived we would have been really upset.

puppy review
The whole process of getting our puppy went very well. However, I wish we were sent updated pictures as we waited to get him. I also would have liked more info about his parents, including pictures.
