I was disapointed when I learned from my vet that Tristan was not dewormed and has to have medication and antibiotics for 2 weeks, its the breeders responsibility to deworm puppies the first 2,4,6,& 8 weeeks consecutively. and the responsibility of puppyspot to make sure that they are. But unfotunately that was not the case and it cost me over $200 for medication and vet visit. Also when I got tiristan I noticed his left ear was not up right like it was in the pictures, something must have happened during Transportation that damaged his ear. I am very disapointed, I spent a lot of money, but I will care for him always no matter what. hope you all at puppyspot work with honesty and a ethics and make sure those Breeders are doing the right thing for the puppies. and not all about the Money.

I want to say most of the Customer Service representatives I talked to were fine. They were doing things by the book they were given. That being said, our experience was fairly poor. It is frustrating to be given a date and time for pickup during work hours consistently. My wife and I work medical jobs where we have patients scheduled out weeks in advance. We made arrangements to be available at the time/date/location given. The day before our pickup, the instructions disappeared from the website. When I called to see what happened, it turned out that the drop-off was rescheduled to the next week because the breeder did not get the dog to the vet on time. The only reason I found out was because I called. I rescheduled patients to be available the following week. This was rescheduled 2 days before pickup day to the next day due to weather. This was not PuppySpot's fault but frustrating. I rescheduled patients a 2nd time. The day before our pickup, the instructions disappeared from the website AGAIN. I called and PuppySpot did not know why our dog was not picked up. I had to call the transportation company who told me that the breeder thought the pickup was next week and the 31 week old puppy "was not ready". Our concerns were elevated to a manager who offered us $100 off the delivery fee but there was no flexibility on their end to ensure our puppy was delivered. We did finally get our puppy the next week but the saga continues. The puppy we received is terrified of humans. He was clearly not socialized enough during his time as a young puppy. He won't let us pet him. He is scared of almost all noises. We cannot hold him to give him a bath. If we walk towards him he runs away. He won't eat treats so training has been tough. We have to keep a leash on him at all times just to be able to collect him in the house for walks or crate training. We are doing everything we can. We are going to work with an Animal Behavior Specialist. He is not a bad dog. He means well and is sweet. He actually gets along with our dogs very well. he just is scared of us and this falls on the breeder. The medical paperwork is covered in white out and edited dates. It indicates his rabies vaccine was given on his birthday. How? Again, on the breeder. PuppySpot did little to nothing to help us get our dog and they clearly do not screen their breeders. The puppy we received was clearly from a Puppy Mill, something PuppySpot claims they never work with.

Very disappointed with my experience with the Puppy spot. Received my puppy and when I took her to the vet on the day 3 of having her, found out she had an ear infection and pink eye. Contacted puppy spot for reimbursement for fees for medicine; in which they told me to send over invoice. They emailed me about how the puppy was doing but never reimbursed me or responded to my email about reimbursement. I would not recommend getting a puppy from this business in the future.

When I initially send response they responded late in evening. When I asked if was actual puppy pictured, acted like odd question .Hello well known scam. After several questions they came back as she was sold. I Said never mind. Then they said I was sketchy since. Wouldn’t speak on phone. Hello I work during day! Extremely weird vibe .

Very disorganized company. Every time I called, I talked to a different person and got different answers to my questions. They made scheduling picking up my puppy more difficult than needed. They should have assigned someone to my puppy so I could call her directly. They also said my puppy was ACA registered but when I met the breeder, she had no registration paper for me. I’ve heard nothing from PuppySpot asking me if everything went okay. Brushed off now that I have my dog. Not right. If I bought a registered dog, I should have gotten papers to prove it. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

We love our puppy that we finally received, but we had to complain that we were not getting regular updates or pictures on the progress of our puppy

I had no idea that we would have ZERO contact with the breeder. I assumed once the puppy arrived we would at least get some info about his routine in the form of a note or email OR I’d be able to look the breeder up. NOTHING. I cannot find EVEN locate the breeder anywhere online. I have no idea where our dog came from. He arrived with a baggie of food and a baggie with vet documents. NOTHING ELSE. No one that cares about dogs would do this. I feel like a fool for falling for this scam. I just hope our little guy is healthy because is adorable.

I will begin with the message that I never wrote any negative reviews any company but this time I am so frustrated that I need to write. I purchased a puppy about 6 years ago that we love and suggested Puppyspot to all my friends and they got dogs , following years to come I made enquiry about other 3 dogs at different years one I purchased and asked to wait for shipping cause I was out of country and the dog past away during that time they refunded money but we were extremely sad , Other 2 times I cancelled due to other reasons one year it was Covid time 2019. Now 2024 before Valentine day wanted to make a gift to my daughter and they refused selling puppy to me cause of cancellation many years ago .I am sad for that puppy cause he would of have best loving home but Puppyspot refused to give that opportunity.
