I like the selection and ease of checkout. The logistical support from puppyspot was not that amazing (the sales team and the travel team did not always seemed to be on the same page), but we got our puppy at the end. The premier transport service that they used to deliver the puppy was great. Chuck, the driver was on time, very cordial and truly cared for the puppies.

We had a great experience with PuppySpot. Great communication from the beginning to end. Our puppy was safely delivered on the date agreed upon. We are absolutely in love with our puppy. She is healthy and we can tell it was raised with love. They also send a care package with lots of goodies. That was a sweet touch. The only reason I don’t give 5 starts is because they have a policy for updating new pictures of the puppy every 2-3 weeks only. I practically had to beg for pictures as I was feeling anxious about the whole situation. I think a weekly picture update is not unreasonable for new parents. Other than that, great experience.

The first person I talked to was great. Answered my questions and sited her own experiences as examples I thought I was going to get a call from the travel people but only ended up with repetitive and conflicting emails. Ex she’s coming on this date, we’ll be scheduling her to arrive between these dates, she’ll be coming this day-different from the first email. I thought she was coming with a nanny. I ended up finding out She was coming cargo. Information said she’d be in a pressurized crate. The crate was a normal plastic crate with holes for breathing. that’s not a pressurized anything. Maybe the area of the plane was pressurized but the crate wasn’t. I was stunned that a little 4 lb baby would be sent in cargo. How scary can anything be with all the noise, etc. she was a mess - not clean and groomed. I was appalled by her condition. She looked like a very poorly kept puppy She’s adorable and is getting more confident with my pack everyday. We’re all settling in

The people we talked with were very helpful, and a joy to talk with. They had lots of good knowledge. The only issue I had was we were told she would be with a travel companion and that was not true. She was shipped cargo.

Communication with the sales team at Puppy Spot ends after the purchase, even though she said the travel team would reach out (they did not). I had call the management team regarding setting the meet date, which was arranged quickly. When the breeder’s rep was not at the meet, the management team responded quickly and ensured the meet up occurred, though the meet up was over an hour after the arranged meet. I recommend contacting the management team if you have any issues. Additionally, don’t be surprised if the health report is not fully accurate (per our vet and her exam of our puppy). That said, our puppy is awesome. We love him so!! With the above thoughts in mind, I would recommend Puppy Spot.

Very pleased with this company except for more information on how much my Cavapoo was being fed and how often. I will talk to my vet with whom i have an appointment next week.

wonderful puppy, great updates, only wish the delivery people were more accommodating by delivering puppy to same state we live in. Long drive but in the end well worth it, he's a doll and we love him.Sharon Henninger

The process was simple and there was a lot of communication. The breeder gave me lots of information and she was very nice. I am not giving 5 stars because I mentioned from the beginning that I had some dates where I was not available and ended up having to get someone to pick my dog because that piece of information was lost between the breeder/puppy spot team. I would recommend PuppySpot
