Best customer service I have received in years! I’ve never adopted a puppy before and the process was explained to me with what to expect how to prepare and what to do next.

PuppySpot is an easy to use platform. They offer a service that gives you peace of mind knowing the breeders are verified and no puppy’s are from puppy mills. If you are looking for a new pet and need help finding reputable breeders, PuppySpot is a good source. I did work with a PuppySpot associate, Tony, he was helpful and had all the information on the puppy I had selected. He also explained the process and ensured I had all the contact information in case I had any questions I regard to Premier Pet Transport, the transportation service they partner with. The communication was clear and came when it was expected. Chuck and Skyler were our transport team. I spoke with Chuck. He was courteous and made sure we were the correct people. He also gave us the information, supplies and simple instructions about our new puppy. I did not meet Skyler, however he was in the van getting the puppy ready after the trip. The puppy was clean, considering the circumstances, being a 3-4 day travel time. He did have a strong smell of puppy spray. Not to say anything bad toward Skyler. I’m sure the interior of a pet transport van is not the most desirable smelling space. Therefore I assume the spray was an attempt to make the puppy smell “pretty”. In all the transport team was good! As a recent PuppySpot customer, the transport was the part I was most concerned about. However since receiving our puppy, I do not think the transport was harmful or overly stressful. Upon arrival he was a little shaken but that was to be expected. After a bath and a good sleep, it took 3-4 days before he seemed adjusted and “normal” for a puppy.

Great communication throughout my PuppySpot journey. I chose to pick up my new puppy and they had no problem making that happen on the day that worked for me. The ease with using the website and communicating with the concierge was fantastic.

They helped me a lot in the process and I am very happy with my princess at home.

Everything about my experience was wonderful. My puppy is healthy and so happy. Everything was done for me and happened just as they said it would. I would recommend to all my friends. Wilma Monson
