We adopted a bernedoodle puppy from Puppyspot 2 weeks ago. She’s beautiful and super smart and we are very happy with her. The pick up experience was mostly good but was in a terrible part of town at a Wendy’s parking lot. I think they could have picked a much better place for the exchange. They were, however, on time and very friendly. We took her to the vet the day after we got her and she tested positive for Giardia. We submitted the health guarantee and were promptly refunded the max amount that was allowed for Giardia which was $150. It will cost us more to treat her than that but we were happy with the prompt response and reimbursement. We will claim the rest on our pet insurance. Looking forward to many wonderful years with our new furbaby.

It was a great experience overall. However, we were alarmed that the puppy would not be being transported with an actual person. The certificates we received, the copies, the multiple copies, were barely legible. They had so many watermarks on them our veterinarian had a difficult time reading them. Also I think for future purchases future owners should be made aware of that in order to have the 10 year warranty that They have to purchase the insurance plan that you promote only. In the heat of the moment of any purchase, such information is not always relevant at the moment. It should be brought up more than once in the screening process to make sure that future owners are well aware of it.I don’t think that’s a very valid sales marketing item however we’ll get our own insurance through my employer. Other than that it’s been a very positive experience.

Excellent selection of dogs and communication from Puppy Team. Very user friendly website for searching and purchasing. Good timeliness in the responses to questions and concerns during the process. Response time was much better prior to purchase but dropped off some after purchase regarding follow up and delivery questions. It was often difficult to get through to someone on the Puppy Manager team because it seemed like they were always “busy helping another…”. Never found the chat feature option online as advertised in the pre-recorded communication while on hold. Overall great experience.

My puppy came exactly when he was supposed to, looked the way he did in pictures, and has been great. However, he did have ear mites upon arrival. I highly recommend getting your puppy checked within the 15 days of arrival so that vet costs are reimbursed, that way it will not affect your insurance premium. Other than that, he is very healthy and growing fast. I got him at 17 weeks old, and he was already potty trained (he pees on command). They also fully help you set up pet insurance with Fetch, which is one of the best pet insurance companies. The amount that you pay extra is put into making the whole process a lot easier for the buyer. The only reason i give 4 stars is because of the ear mites. Other than that, I am happy. Hoping to get refunded for the ear mite treatment soon though.

Thanks for everything.The service was almost perfect,except for two things:1- Ihad requested for my puppy’s new name to appear in the documents and it didn’t happen,2- there was no delivery pet box for the puppy to travel to the city.The drivers Joey and Roy were very responsible and nice.MY puppy is doing fine.
