If my puppies delivery wasn’t messed up it would have been 5 stars Edit: down to one only because zero isn’t an option. Puppy was supposed to be microchipped and isn’t paid for AKC reunite and can’t use it. Sent a bogus chip number. Won’t reply with any answers.

I have not been able to get anyone on the phone. Last year we bought a dog with Puppy Spot and that's why we did it this year. Unfortunately the good service from last year is completely absent this year.

Found out their “experienced breeder” is a puppy mill breeder who falsified vet documents and gave us a sick puppy that needed to be on 7 medications. So we paid $3,000 for a sick puppy AND vet bills. Puppy Spot can and will get away with just about anything. DO NOT BUY A PUPPY HERE.

99% of the breeders are puppymills/Amish mills. Find your own breeder and do your own research. Stop supporting such practices.

Everything went well with customers service until we received our puppy. Upon receiving puppy at pick up, we noticed that she had blood and mucus in her stool. We later took her too Vetco and after running test were told that she had several issues including Giardia which is very contagious. Vet asked where we got her from, and we told her Puppyspot as they guaranteed their puppy's and that they do not get them from puppy mills. The Vet only smiled at us. In reporting incident, we got the run around from Puppyspot asking us for more information from the vet as we had to make several trips to the vet. After finally stating that they would review our claim, we received no response from them after multiple attempts. I would not recommend anyone to purchase their new fur baby from them as they did not honor any of their promises.

Company did not respond to emails or phone calls after the puppy was purchased. I had to use a borrowed phone to get a representative from Puppy Spot to answer my call after the puppy was purchased. It was unsettling to think that I could not leave a message or talk to a person using one of the many phone numbers available on the web site.

Lack of communication. Phone calls and emails ignored.
