The only thing that I had questions about was we were told to look for a certain vehicle with two people (forgot their names) but another vehicle brought our puppy. Not a problem but was a little skeptical at first. All n all very good and extremely happy with our puppy !!!

The whole process was pretty seemless. Our only glitch was trying to coordinate two people being on the communication. Both puppies arrived and we have been blessed with exactly what we were hoping for

The only reason that I gave Puppy Spot only four stars is that my puppy was supposed to have been vet checked and he came home with two parasites. Other than that, he was healthy and he is a great puppy. He is just on meds now.

They were very good at keeping in touch and keeping me updated. However I wish the details of the puppy I purchased were a little more up to date. For example I purchased puppy food based off of what was listed in the details but when I picked up the puppy that was not the food they were actually eating. I spent $60 on puppy food that I now hope my new puppy can tolerate.

While I adore my new puppy and we are settling in, I’ve not enjoyed the process of a blind purchase. I had questions for the breeder but it seems none ever reached the breeder. I have no idea how she was raised or anything about them. I feel like this might have helped ease into the first few days of her arrival. The transport is traumatic for puppies. The breeder had shredded paper in the kennel and we cleaned out about two cups of paper dust from the kennel when she arrived at the airport. Nasty and could not have been good for the pup. Much as I tried to get clarity on her food, website entry stated she was on Purina pro sport and did not state puppy chow. I called and asked and a puppy manager said puppy chow. When she arrived the food sent is bigger chunks than the puppy chow so I conclude it was not puppy chow. So clarity around food is important and puppy chow has the right amounts of protein for puppies-so this concerns me that she was not being fed the right food for a puppy. Coordination on travel was not good. Puppyspot and breeder seemed to just pick dates. I realize that with all the breeders and clients that puppyspot cannot coordinate every single client preference, however it would have been immensely helpful to have received some travel dates to pick from. People have lives, emergency surgeries, work, and other things going on and can’t just drop everything and drive two hours to the airport to pick up and adequately care for a new baby. I am grateful to get the $100 discount on the travel arrangement and adjustment but the whole process was a real pain. Everly is a real love, and smart. She is settling g in and is a lovable addition to our household.

My first contact was with Sarah Dowling, she assured me of Puppyspot and adopting Tiffany. Other representatives were nice but would not have built my confidence. Tiffany is a very good puppy. Thanks for the puppy kit.

I was a little skeptical at 1st. However, I'm glad that I bought my dog from PuppySpot. I have the happiest lil Pomsky ever. She is the sweetest lil girl. The delivery was very smooth, shot out to Chuck and Skyler.

Received a wonderful healthy happy puppy in an efficient and easy manner. Informative helpful emails, phone calls from puppy spot were great and the pet transport was excellent. They truly cared for the puppies. Puppyspot took all the stress out of choosing a healthy puppy. Even the starter kit was great. My puppy loves the bed and all the toys. I have recommended them to everyone who asks where I got my puppy.
