The only hard thing about using them to get a new puppy was choosing one! Everything was so easy and seamless. I was given a ton of information, and constant communications the entire time. Delivery was great also.

Our experience with PuppySpot and the Premier Pet Transport company was absolutely fantastic!! From the continuous communication from both companies while we were waiting for our fur baby. Chuck and Richard are excellent representatives for the Premier Pet Transport company. The made sure to keep us informed with the delivery time so we could meet them asap when they arrived to the drop off location. We could sense his love and respect for all the puppies they had in their care. PuppySpot are honestly the best out there!! I will definitely recommend them to anyone who wants to purchase a puppy. The process was easy and the customer service folks were helpful. After finalizing everything, I got a call regarding a potential health issue for my puppy. I was offered a refund if I chose to cancel her delivery after speaking with my veterinarian. I chose to go on with the process and I have a beautiful, sweet, healthy puppy. I couldn’t be happier.

I ran into delivery problems being in Florida with the storm approaching and things were not looking good..
