What a smooth easy process
What a smooth easy process! Minor bump in the road regarding if our new puppy would stick with the same delivery date because of his weight but that had nothing to do with PuppySpot. So 5 Stars is what they deserve!

Great experience!
We were extremely pleased with the delivery process. We were kept informed during the process, including helpful hints on care of our new puppy. Also, we were likewise pleased with Premier Pet Transport and their drivers Dallas and Bo. They also kept us informed about delivery time and location and our delivery was on time and went without any issues. Our paperwork was in order and the drivers obviously cared about our puppy and she was delivered in great shape. We had a great experience for which we are very grateful.

PuppySpot is wonderful
PuppySpot is wonderful to work with. They guide you step by step on what to expect. Any questions, they are available. I picked up my Koko from the puppy transport company who had wonderful gentlemen (Dallas and Bo) that made sure she was clean and brushed. Fabulous experience!

Puppy spot is like a well oiled…
Puppy spot is like a well oiled machine. They walk you through the process making it extremely easy and streamline. Our new puppy is adorable and warming up to his new home nicely. Drivers were courteous and professional. They communicated well.
