The overall experience was great. Everything we were promised happened. The ONLY thing I could criticize is that I felt like I couldn't really talk to the breeder and get personal info about my puppy there was no personal info from puppy spot reps either. I wanted to know what size harness to buy so my baby would be safe on the ride home. I ended up having to buy two different sizes.

During the process of selecting and se using my new pup everyone was very helpful at puppyspot. I did some research on them before hand there was nothing but good news. The guys who delivered my Quill, were awesome, very professional, friendly and you knew they cared about the pups they transported. I couldn't get off work to pick up my puppy and they worked with me and my friend who picked him up. She was impressed with them,(see above) My only hiccup was getting to see updated photos of my pup as I awaited his arrival. I figured he would grow in that 2 1/2 week period.

It has been a couple of weeks since we got our beautiful puppy. I am very pleased with the staff and quality of the delivery. The only recommendation is that it would be super helpful to know: 1. The last time the puppy ate 2. The food brand 3. The feeding times 4. Were there other dogs in the foster home 5. Is the puppy crated Thank you

We absolutely love our Rottweiler puppy. She is super smart and gets along well with our older dog. We had a long drive home after picking her up and she was drooling. I initially thought perhaps she was a little car sick. But after we got home she actually had to be taken to urgent care and ended up with Giardia. It can happen to anyone, but it was a little disappointing to pay that much for her and turn around and pay an ER price for her medical bill right away. She is fine now and sassy. She will become my service dog as soon as we can get her through the training. She can start as early as March. She is already healing on a leash while walking with our other dog, stopping and sitting at intersections, and doesn’t get distracted by loud vehicles, people or other dogs. I’m so super proud of her.

Toni our concierge was very helpful answering questions. Picking Ravioli up at Happy Paws was very simple too. We do wish we had more information about Ravioli from the breeder--how much he has been used to eating, if he had been crate training at all, or anything else. We love Ravioli! He is super well behaved and rocking potty training. He is very social and his personality is very sweet, so we are very happy.

Puppy spot made it really easy to adopt a puppy. They were very communicative and kept me updated in the process. Our puppy was driven in by premier pet transport and they were amazing!! Only reason I give 4 stars is my pup came to us with a double ear infection :(

Wow, it was great. Picking a dog speaking to puppy spot. Customer service was great. The only thing that I dislike was that I realize that some breeders packaged the dog nice and others just hand the dog. My boyfriend bought a dog from you when we picked up the dog. It was in a little cage Had a little blanket. They had the food and I guess whatever paperwork they gave him when I got my dog they just handed me the dog a piece of paper that’s it so me thinking that he was gonna come and a little cage I didn’t bring anything with me so he wind up, pissing all over my backseat so as far as packaging up the dog, I disliked with the particular breeder that I had but everything else was great and beautiful
