We purchased our puppy in March 2019. We received her and were in love with her at first site. We brought her home we noticed blood in her poop. We took her to a Vet for her scheduled check up, we told him and he said because of stress of the flight keep a eye on it, we did. Re-checked her and test came back positive to parasites. We tried to get reimbursed for all Vet bills, but Puppyspot denied our claim. Puppyspot did not stand by their 100% health guarantee. So I give them a bad review!!! Beware!!!

I wanted information about adopting a toy poodle in January. Sahara called me. I told her what I wanted and she sent me pictures of Standard poodles and kept talking about poodles that were available now. She did not listen to me and gave the impression that she was just interested in selling a poodle now.

My husband and I wanted to purchase a Pembroke Welsh Corgi and we saw a handsome beautiful male puppy on their website. We saw the price of 3,489 dollars which is expensive but I wanted the puppy so bad, my husband wanted to gift him for my birthday. We were helped by a customer service agent who helped us pay for the dog to the breeder. We did not receive any paperwork or information about the breeder but were offered a telephone conference. The company failed to set that up and we started to feel uneasy about buying a dog at that price without paperwork. After 2 days of paying for the dog, we decided we wanted to cancel for a refund. Without a refund policy posted on their website, they took 100 dollars of mine and it took a couple of weeks for the money to go back. The phone refund experience was unpleasant with their representative. Needless to say I am happy I chose to buy my new puppy from a legitimate breeder locally in california. The dog came with papers and pedigree information. I learned online from someone else's tip to look up breeders that are legitimate off the AKC registered breeders website and you have to be careful because even those are not all good. It requires a 30 dollar fee just to register your dog. Make sure you get proof of the dog's genetic testing for any diseases. The average price is 2,500 for a welsh corgi. I can't believe they're trying to sell them at 3,500. What a joke. My dog is champion blood line, handsome, well-behaved, and he was 2.500. Do your research people! I no longer trust puppy spot because I saw the dog we almost bought online with an new name and he is not sold yet a month later. I wonder why (sarcastic remark inserted*). Good luck!

Dumbest dog I have ever had.A golden retriever..no doubt from a caged pup on a puppy mill.Not only that. Had worms and needed vet trips and meds.Discount...hell no.By the way..Im 66 have had all breeds small and large..3 golden.Lycky to know his name..Very disappointed...

They continuously try to advertise discounts and they are just straight up bad. I had tried to get a jack russel terrier puppy and they insisted it was healthy, but instead it had ringworms in it’s stomach and it was unacceptable. I do not recommend puppyspot.com under any circumstances.

If you are thinking of getting a puppy from puppyspot be VERY careful. I gave them 3 different airports (two international) all less than 90 minutes away. Instead I got sent to an airport over 3 hours away. However this is not the worst of it. The puppy is Cargo and therefore sent to a depo 7 miles from the airport and I would have no instructions so it took over an hour to find the place. This surprisingly was not the worst of it. Because the puppy is cargo she sits out on the runway for the hours 3 hours waiting for enough other cargo to fill the trailer that it is necessary to bring it to the depo. By the time I got the puppy it would be 6 weeks before she could hear anything and then she was terrified of a whisper. Now I find out that my puppy is not what she is suppose to be. According to the DNA she is 25% mutt. Not only did I get the dog abused I did not the breed I thought I was getting. If this is important to you get the DNA test first so you can make an informed decision. The only reason this is 2 stars instead of one is because the breeder provided video of her playing. From that her body language and characteristics I know this is totally the same dog. So before you get a dog from puppyspot be careful and know you may never really know if this dog is pure breed or if it came from a puppy mill.

Good experience up until travel plans were made. We were told that the breeder was flexible and the flight would be most likely scheduled for Nov 23rd. Then received and email asking if the 26th of Nov. at 6:41 would be ok. My husband and I agreed that it would be ok. The same we were supposed to pick up our puppy we received a call from the travel department at noon stating "The breeder missed the flight". The breeder thought the flight was schedule for 10:55 pm, instead of 10:55am. This is very frustrating as a flight number is provided from the very beginning! PuppySpot told us that the breeder (Cathy) couldn't make it at the 10:55 am flight because she works. My husband and I both work full times jobs and have now taken two days of vacation which is equal to money!!! I feel the breeder and or PuppySpot should reimburse at least the expense for the flight. We paid a lot of money to a company and a breeder with "hopes" to not have to deal with this type of situation. We have an appointment scheduled with our vet, as PuppySpot wants a health exam within two business days of receipt. This is also time we've had to schedule off of work based on the original expected arrival date. I will post weather or not the breeder and PuppySpot were able to stick to the new travel date. If we do receive the Puppy I will be sure to post if he received a clean bill of health.

The reason I really wanted to use PuppySpot to place my English Bulldog puppies was they are sold "Pet Only." This way I feel they are going to families that really want them as family members not large breeders. PuppySpot works hard to make a customer happy. You are paying thousands more than what myself as a breeder sell these puppies for outside. I offer a one year health guarantee. PuppySpot holds the breeder accountable for the health of the puppy. I fully understand this but if there are any issues PuppySpot comes right back to the breeder. They aren't offering you something special on top of what I'm willing to or required to do. I stand behind my puppies. What they don't realize is they also work for the breeder. They have a mindset that we're here because our puppies can't sell otherwise. In order for me to furnish you with healthy, playful and excellent bloodlines I put a lot of work and spend a lot of money. To have quality dogs they really need to work with a breeder. Not all puppies have the same excellent bloodlines. Please research the heritage of the puppy you're considering. There are some English Bulldog puppies on their site I wouldn't ever consider buying. A purebred dog doesn't always mean your getting the best bloodline available. It appears everyone works in a different office. There is no organization and no one knows what the other person has done or said. My last puppy was supposed to be at the airport at 10 am. A late night email changed this to 6 am. I wouldn't even have known this but I happen to look at my email around 4. I call to double check this because it's a 45 minute drive to the airport. I was there at 6 am just to find out it was 10. Now I'm looking at a 4 hour wait. They are not honest. The flight chaperone called me to say she missed her flight and she couldn't make it there in time for the 10 am flight. They told me she did not miss her flight. The chaperone called me directly to tell me so. At the health check if there are any health issues or cosmetic issues they cancel the sale. Ok I can understand that but sometimes it's a simple issue that can be remedied. They cancelled the sale then called me to say the buyer backed out. That was just a flat out lie. Why not work with the breeder and discuss what the real issue? They just simply cannot be trusted. PuppySpot will continue to have less and less quality breeders if they continue this treatment and way of conducting business. If you want a quality dog for THOUSANDS LESS start looking online for breeders. Go to AKC Marketplace, look at FB Clubs especially for Bulldogs. Ask for references on a breeder. Make sure you get a health guarantee for at least one year. Make sure they have done health checks on their adults. In my opinion try to find small in home breeders not large kennels. I'm not going to breed bulldogs if they aren't inside snoring and laying around my feet. If you do look to buy from a kennel find out about their facilities. There a definitely good ones where the owners truly care and became breeders for the love of the breed. Do your homework on this breed and breeders.
