Extremely Pleased
From the first phone call with Sarah to meeting Brinkley, our experience has been fantastic. The process was so easy and every promise met. We are so in love with our new puppy. She is beautiful, spunky, affectionate and so smart. At 10 weeks she is basically potty trained. She showed up happy, clean and healthy. Even our vet commented on how we chose an excellent breeder! Thank you so much!

Great communication through the entire…
Great communication through the entire process. Chuck and Richard from Premier Pet Transport were wonderful to work with and delivered my sweet boy without any issues- they were even one hour ahead of time for the delivery!

Everything was as expected
Everything was as expected. There was great communication. Our puppy had a very small medical issue and they called to discuss it with us. The vet exam prior to travel was very comprehensive. Puppy spot made sure we were prepared for our puppy’s first days home as well. Admittedly we were nervous about buying a pet online. This was a great experience.

Best Experience!
This has been an awesome experience! My new puppy arrived safely, clean, healthy, and with all the important pet documentation. She is an angel! Her name was Daisy, I changed it to Lucy… she has red, curly hair… I LOVE my LUCY!!! Thank you Misti (pet breeder), my Lucy is the sweetest baby I have ever had! She has blessed my life 🥰

Wonderful Experience
We just picked our puppy up last night and are so in love already. The customer service at PuppySpot was wonderful and the drivers were great. I can tell she was well taken care of on her drive with Joey and Roy. She didn’t want to leave them. We received lots of updates - which we really appreciate. It was a great experience and would recommend PuppySpot and Premier Pet Transport to anyone looking to extend their family. Thank you.

This is my first time with puppy spot I…
This is my first time with puppy spot I loved it my experience with them was wonderful they kept me in touch about my puppy puppy putt premier transport was a wonderful David and Bo we're always in contact with the schedule I was amazed how much care they have for these puppies when I got my puppy he smells so wonderful well taken care of I will always recommend them to my friends and family thank you so much for choosing premiere transport

The concierge ahead of time was… Lauren
The concierge ahead of time was wonderful and patient. The breeder Ryan was wonderful to drive him to the airport to meet me and brought me food & offered a kennel (we had one though). He is adorable, sweet and smart. It was a long travel day today, but we're very happy to have him home.
