We ordered a lovely Bichon Frisée puppy named Winston from Puppy Spot. We have had him for 2 weeks now and have named him Coconut. He is incredibly smart is absolutely lovely! I can tell that the breeder worked on crate training because it was very easy to fly with him home. At first, I opted for puppy delivery but became very dismayed after reading some reviews. After some investigation I found out that my little baby would have been in a van in a crate for 5 DAYS to get from Indiana to California! I was in SHOCK! 😮 Upon finding this out I immediately called Puppy Spot and changed my order to Breeder Pickup. I am sooo glad I did! I received a $500 refund which I then used to purchase a plane ticket to Chicago O’Hare. I hired a car and drove out to meet the breeder myself. It was a very joyful and positive experience. I got to spend quality time with Baby Coconut and flew back home with him in the cabin of the airplane. A puppy ticket is $150. Now I have a calm, well-adjusted, and trauma free friend for life! Just remember, this is going to be your new buddy for about 15 years. A little extra effort is WELL WORTH IT! ❤️ 5 Stars on the quality of the dog. We are beyond pleased ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️!

Everyone at Puppyspot was very professional and quick to respond to any questions regarding our pup. I was very hesitant at first because I had seen some mixed reviews about their customer service and or experience overall but I am glad I took a shot at it. We love our Ramsey (now named Kai)!

Absolutely a great experience with Puppy Spot! Very detailed plan from picking our puppies, to their delivery and info and documentation. Dallas and Bo, our delivery drivers with Premier Pet Transport, were so helpful and took very good care of the animals they were transporting!!

I was overjoyed to see my little boy. Joey and Roy did a great job of transporting my baby. They took the upmost care of him and he was a happy healthy baby. I received my puppy on Oct. 9, 2024

They made sure we had everything we needed for a smooth transition for Ellie Mae and kept us well informed and sent helpful videos. Puppy Spot had several ways for us to meet up that made it easier on us.

My experience with PuppySpot was excellent. I choose the Puppy I wanted and the process was handled very well, keeping me updated and the steps to getting her home. Very pleased and my girl is adorable and precious. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a furbaby.
