We had a great experience with staff, especially Sarah, our puppy placement coordinator. Unfortunately we were very disappointed in the conditions of transport and our puppy’s health upon arrival. We visited the vet and he had parasites, many ticks, and issues with his kidney levels. In addition, he weighs 3lbs less than what was stated on his vet exam from the breeder. I’m saddened to think what this poor pup went through after being promised SO much from puppyspot.

I purchased the “pup pack” for my Great Dane. I receive a set of bowls for a chihuahua and a bed for a cocker. My 6 month Great Dane is 6 months old and barely fits in the bed. He will no longer fit in his bed in a month or two. What a great WASTE of money. I am extremely disappointed with this company. I initially gave them great reviews and would recommend them to friends, if this company truly believes this is appropriate, I would never have used them. Worthless package.

PuppySpot is difficult to reach when trying to navigate through the puppy selection process. Talking to multiple persons also wasn't ideal as I didn't get closure with the initial PuppySpot employee who was assisting me with my selection. The communications from the PuppySpot team was more assertive when it came to payment and collection. Payment seemed to be the driving force and it became an urgent matter. Lastly, I had to suggest surrending the puppy to get PuppySpot to pay a greater percentage of the vet bill for ear mites discovered within less than a week of receiving the puppy. In hindsite, I regret my decision to purchase a puppy via PuppySpot.

My info was messed up, leaving 1 person’s phone number, another person’s email, and it’s MY dog - now registered to the wrong person at AKC and on his chip!

I’ve got a sick puppy. I spent $1300 for doctors/labs tests/medication for 2 weeks of owning him. PuppySpot team not looks active to help me or provide me any information. Last time they promised me to answer until October 27, 2023. I’ll do the update if they cover all my invoices and provide me their help with future treatments and investigations of my puppy health. upd. They covered $1150 out of $1350. Puppy still need a treatment and vet and labs and etc. They promised cover his treatment up to puppy cost (~$2850 in my case)

I purchased two dogs from PuppySpot. Unfortunately they’ve had extreme medical issues right from the beginning. I’m already $12,000 in vet bills.

Our puppy showed up with stress colitis and gerdia. We handled the colitis but are still treating her for gerdia. Very upsetting. In hindsight, her trip was too long.

Not the greatest in communications. We suspect she came from a puppy mill. She's not very smart. We're still trying to house train her. We have had 5 dogs before (yrs ago of course) and never had problems with house training. She's cute and sweet. But dumb as dirt. We're retired & work with her almost 24 hrs. a day. She doesn't bark either. Weird. Our other French Bulldog is very smart and does bark and learned to be house trained in about 2 weeks. We do love Mia (formerly Cleo) but sure do wish we can get her house trained. We picked her up Aug 21, so it's been 7 weeks so she should be able to let us know that she wants to go outside. We have tinkle bells and our other dogs always used them to let us know they had to go out. Not Mia. Disappointed but we love her. She is so sweet.
