Deceived by Puppy Spot
There was a great deal of confusion when it came time to receive our puppy. The plan was to have the puppy commercially air transported. That did not happen, due to lack of communication by Puppy Spot. We ended up driving 1800 miles round trip to pick up our new puppy. Also, when we picked up our puppy the AKC registration document had our puppy listed as Limited Registration. When we called the breeder, we were told that was Puppy Spot who made the registration limited. We could not find that information anywhere on the Puppy Spot website. We feel deceived.

We apologize for the confusion involving the delivery of your puppy, and for any duress associated with your efforts to pick him/er up. That is not acceptable and we are looking into your case to understand why that happened. We will be in touch as soon as we have all the facts. Regarding your question about the puppy's limited registration, that term means the puppy is fully AKC registered but is not able to be bred, which is consistent with the PuppySpot Terms and Conditions of Sale which was signed at the time of sale. The agreement states " All puppies are sold as pets. Customer agrees and acknowledges that Customer will not breed the puppy. Customer agrees to spay or neuter the puppy at an appropriate age, as determined in consultation with Customer's veterinarian." The policy is in place for the health and well-being of the dogs. We are sorry you feel deceived, that is certainly never our intention. Please let us know if any other questions, otherwise we will be in touch regarding the delivery issue. Thank you for the feedback and for your business.
