Our drivers were Chuck and Ryan. They were sending us updates regularly. That helped to put our minds at ease. When they arrived at the appointed time, it was quite obvious that they cared for the puppies in their care. They were very friendly, and they answered all our questions. We were very glad that it was Chuck and Ryan bringing us our Murphy!

My experience was excellent, it was so simple and straightforward I couldn't have asked for better service. I was given updates almost daily about my dog and progress. I received my dog, Snickers, on 10-24-24 via Premier Pet Transport. My pick up location was only 20 minutes from home. The drivers were Dallas and Skyler and they arrived an hour or so before my pick up time. Dallas & Skyler were very courteous and helpful. They answered all my questions. I would use PuppySpot and Premier Pet Transport again as well as recommend to friends and family.

We had the best experience ever adopting our Lilley Marie thru PuppySpot. From the moment we called for more information they were helpful, not pushy and were almost as excited as we were! Everything was explained clearly and PuppySpot follow up was exceptional. We loved the video sent on "your first week" explaining how to help our new puppy adjust. So helpful! We followed the advice and with 6 days our puppy knew her name and comes when called. She has started learning the simple basics like no biting, and we learned how to provide a safe, loving home that she has adjusted just wonderfully to. Lilley is healthy and made it thru her first home vet visit with flying colors. She did have a mild ear infection that appeared after her first 3 days at home, our Vet said was very mild and most likely due to her fluff and moisture inside her ears. I LOVED that PuppySpot has the requirement to obtain insurance so that they can be assured the new "parents" have the ability to take care of any illness or injury. We took advantage of the insurance that was suggested, and have been pleased with Fetch Insurance. We actually chose to also purchase the Wellness insurance too. Also PuppySpot worked with the Breeder to arrange a pick up date that worked with our work schedule as we drove to the out of town meeting place. And it was "Love at First Sight". Lilley has been the center of our lives for 10 glorious days now and have captured our hearts. She has a lovely, playful, silly personality and is gentle and smart. We certainly adopted a gem of a darling! We couldn't be happier with the quality of PuppySpot and the puppy we received.

Thorough and kind . Clear helpful communication start to finish . Our driver Nathan with Premier Pet Transport was very good and helpful . You could tell he cares about his precious cargo & took his position seriously. We are in love with our new addition.

The Bichon puppy is heathy, beautiful and sweet. The breeder was very informed, nice and obviously very experienced. She cares about the dogs.

My new puppy is such a treasure. She is 10 weeks old and I was able to bring her home October 25. No problem driving the 1.5 hours home, she was well taken care of, she listens well for a puppy and follows me without coaching. The transport people were great, arrived early and were very helpful and you could tell they loved what they were doing. If I were looking for another pup to add to my family I would come right back to PuppySpot
