Being able to see all the puppies to choose from and knowing their age and background was very helpful. The process was very easy and the day you receive your dog, is absolutely wonderful. The only downfall was the timing of the delivery; we were told 5-7 days from the day we paid; however, it was almost 3 weeks before we receive our dog.

I am submitting this communique as an updated review to the one I posted when Horton first arrived. My initial review was not very complimentary to puppyspot but the people there have changed my mind. Upon reading my initial review they were appalled at what I described and reached out to me immediately to see what they could do. I have had calls from them too! I just spoke with Heather and she was very concerned about Horton and my experience. I commend the people at puppy spot for their concern about Horton and about me. Horton is the sweetest cutest thing on 4 legs❤️

The people to whom I spoke were helpful and responsive. I asked for pictures of the sire and dam and got them within minutes. The first one we purchased was unable to be delivered because she did not pass the vet exam, which was a disappointment, but we understand. We are thrilled with our new puppy. The delivery was on time and the guy was easy to find

Transportation arrangements were not the best but puppy is great and we are very happy with the overall experience

Very happy with my puppy. A little disappointed with what was presented prior receiving shipping details for the transportation vs what was received. I think the drivers Nathan B and Gary did great with keeping me informed and my puppy was in great condition upon arrival.

Great website and initial service with selecting the right pup for us. After my selection and payment, I was expecting more communication as to transport. I was very nervous that perhaps I was scammed since I couldn't get updates through out transport process. I later found out the transporters were having issues with texting. I did not receive a call until pup arrived.

Good customer service and follow up. The only negative is a tremendous amount of emails selling things...

One sales representative was great, she spoke only about her personal experiences and was sweet, considerate, and not pushy, she was the one who made us decide we should go with PuppySpot. She emphasized the safety of the dogs, the expectations for breeders, and the importance of finding the right match. Very professional and honest. Another Rep I spoke with made me feel like I was buying a used car. I didn't really appreciate the pushiness and the tone but realize that this individual doesn't represent the whole PuppySpot experience. On one occasion before my puppy arrived, I called with an issue regarding some odd communications I was receiving from an unknown number about my puppy, I felt like I could have gotten more support/ some help on determining the origin of the contact. Instead I felt the person I was speaking with was abrupt and a bit rude (it was a sales individual as it was outside PuppyCare team hours). Eventually the communication confusion was resolved and it turned out a sales rep wanted to follow up with photos of my dog, but never told me who they were or why they were contacting me from an unknown number. Overall, we were happy with the PuppySpot experience but there were times I would have appreciated more prompt responses, kinder representatives, and an understanding that this is one of many options that my family had for getting a dog/puppy. I almost didn't use PuppySpot because of one of our sales Reps being so awkwardly forceful. But I'm ultimately happy that we did since we got a great puppy who is incredibly sweet and cute, the travel team who moved him seemed incredibly compassionate and professional.
