Communication started off great right up until I purchased my puppy and then it became radio silence. After waiting 3 days to call since no information was received as promised, found out that no action was even taken to arrange the pickup of my pup. Eventually was able to talk with a supervisor as the customer service was non-existent and unable to assist in any way. The supervisor made it all work out and eventually made it all work out. Really gave me the feel of a used car dealership where all support fades the moment you purchase. And their 10 year health warranty is only valid if you purchase health insurance so the ‘benefit’ comes at a huge cost but is presented as being included. Love my puppy and glad I have him but had I known all this ahead of time I likely would have skipped over this company.

The company provided my personal info to Fetch pet insurance who contacted me before I got the dog. In their sale, they used the wrong policy date, based on info from PuppySpot. They won't change the policy date to the day I got the dog. PuppySpot should not give my info to 3rd parties that at not carefully vetted for sales practices. In fact, don't give my info out at all

When I first expressed interest in my puppy they were immediately attentive. But once I paid all that went away. It was very hard to get a response from them, things they promised did not materialize. They were not at all helpful about my being able to get the appropriate food for my puppy. When I was finally able to reach the breeders representative he told me that Puppy Spot had been told multiple times to let buyers know how to get the food. Puppy Spot sent so little food that I had to change puppy’s diet rather abruptly resulting in bloody diarrhea for this very little pup. All this could have been avoided. I would have given fewer stars but the puppy is wonderful.

I had searched many sites and fell in love with the picture of my puppy on PuppySpot. There was a lot of communication until I paid for my puppy, then there was no communication until my time to cancel had expired. This made me nervous. I wanted to talk to a person. Later, my questions were answered and all was fine. I would recommend personal communication with the client. Although I am thrilled with my new baby, I did not expect her to be matted and have fleas. Maybe this is to be expected?Maybe fleas happened during ground transport. I would recommend you talk to the transportation service about fleas. I love my puppy and look forward to raising her. Thank you.

No verbal communication after the purchase of the puppy. They flooded my email with information but but didn’t respond to my emails or phone messages. I had to make several phone calls that would ring for 20 minutes before I would give up. Finally got through one time and the person I spoke to sounded a little annoyed that she had to take a phone call. My puppy came home with 2 different types of parasites and one of them still isn’t gone away and I’ve had her for 2 months!

My main concern is that I believe my puppy could have come from a puppy mill. Family cited.
