So far, so good! Puppy arrived an hour earlier than expected. Premier pet transport communicated with us as expected and our bernedoodle is full of life! Our drivers were Joey and Roy

I'll be honest I thought this could be a scam but it wasn't. I was impressed at how much they communicated with you through the whole experience. I got several phone calls and emails keeping me up to date on the progress of adopting our new pup.

When I first mentioned PuppySpot to my Vet our choice was met with concern about the company’s previous record. Our experience with PuppySpot has been extremely positive. The communication has been excellent, the transport and pick up of our puppy was perfect, and we have received all the information and medical records that we asked for. We have had Tula, now Sophie, for a week now and are extremely pleased with our happy, healthy puppy. She passed her first Vet appointment with flying colors and allayed any worries we had about possible “puppy mill” problems. Thank you for a great start to our new pack!

We ordered our pet online, and Puppy Spot was very honest and helpful with our selection and order process. Mrs. Lisa Rasuly was very knowledgeable and helpful with what we were to expect, and helped us go through the process of getting Barney ready to transition to our home, and what we needed to do. {Barney used to be called Freddie) He was delivered as close as possible to our home. It was about 6 miles away…..YAY!! The Puppy Spot personnel,… Michele and and Mrs. Edwards stayed in contact with us by email and also provided information sometimes by phone on pretty much a daily basis. We looked forward to that email, as our anticipation grew and the arrival date came closer. Nobody can really understand when the two drivers pulled up, and our puppy was brought out…it was better then explained, and that Puppy was everything we thought it would be, and more. Thank you Dalton and Beau from Premier Pet Transport LLC. You guys ROCK!!!!👏🏼 I know that there were more people involved, and can’t name everyone, but my wife and I are very thankful to all of you, Again, Thank you Lisa R., as we contacted you when we were unsure or had questions and you were always there!👍
