Great customer experience once we decided on a puppy. Finishing the transaction was super easy with the step by step guidance of the phone call. And our Premier Pet Transport drivers Joey and Roy were very helpful. Gave us plenty of advanced information on their arrival. Even showed up earlier than originally planned so we could meet them and get our puppy sooner!

We received accurate and timely communications from Premier Pet Transport about the delivery of our new Cavapoo puppy. The drivers arrived early and the puppy was clean and healthy. Joey and Roy were professional and seemed as excited as we were to receive her. The only negative we experienced was probably related to an employee training issue at PuppySpot regarding the distance we had to travel to pick up our baby girl. Two different employees gave us two different travel time estimates neither of which proved to be true. Unfortunately, the puppy had to travel about two and a half more hours after making the very long trip from the breeder to our pick up place (that trip would have taken about 14-15 hours). The delivery company kept us informed and their information was right on. We made it safely home and after several days of recuperation we have a happy, healthy puppy.

The whole experience was very well orchestrated. The search, the phone assistance, the drivers that cared for my pup on his long journey east. Even the tips on toys and insurance--- and the videos on crate training-- all parts of "Puppy Spot's" services are very well thought through. I couldn't be more pleased.

From start to finish this experience was top notch. The puppy we received was clearly very well cared for by his breeder, and we were fortunate that he was even partly housebroken when we brought him home— from what I understand, this is not necessarily the norm, but it was most appreciated since he was adopted by me for my 73 year old mother. Being partially housebroken has made her transition with him much more manageable. He is a delight and has brightened her life in every way I’d hoped. The communication from PuppySpot and the transport team was consistent and friendly. The transport agent we met with when we received our puppy from out of state was very kind and genuinely seemed to love what he does. All of my questions were answered right away, and the entire process felt safe and controlled. Our puppy is healthy, well-socialized, and incredibly loving and playful. We couldn’t have picked a better pup. If we are ever again looking for a purebred puppy, I would check here again first. Five stars all around.
