Way to go PuppySpot!
Everyone I spoke with was professional, friendly and knowledgeable! This was my second time welcoming home my new pet from PuppySpot! The drivers, Denton and Beau, were right on time at our pickup spot! Very friendly and professional!

The point of pick up is determined by how many animals they are transporting and location so you probably will have to drive a little to meet them.
Company kept in touch to confirm how things were going and time of arrival. Exact location and time was received a week ahead and contact was made again the evening before puppy was to arrive. They let me know that they were arriving about an hour early which they did and I arrived early. Van was easily spotted and transfer was easy and quick. Puppy was clean and excited to be held. He traveled home easily with my hand next to his carrier.

We lost our beloved dog of 15 years…
We lost our beloved dog of 15 years recently and returned to PuppySpot as a 3 time repeat customer. The process was easy and I felt well informed. We picked up our new puppy from Nathan T. And Clinton of Premier Pet Transport last night and they were thorough and kind. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Picked up our puppy from Nathan and…
Picked up our puppy from Nathan and Clinton was an excellent transfer they were an hour earlier than they said they were and they were very nice and we give them a five-star thank you

Our experience with both Puppy Spot and…
Our experience with both Puppy Spot and Premier Pet Transport has been exceptional. I was hesitant initially, as we had always purchased our pets from a breeder directly or went through a rescue. I can tell you all my fears were assuaged with the knowledgeable teams with both organizations, regular communication and helpful tips provided. Our drivers Dentin and Beau were prompt, provided contact information if we had questions, let us know they would be in touch if there were uncontrollable delays and when we met up with them were friendly, informative and efficient. Denton and Beau were top notch! Thank you for the great experience! We will certainly recommend you highly to our pet loving friends! Ed and Kathleen Ward
