The beautiful puppy made our experience great! I would have liked more communication about vet check and travel and after travel check in. The puppy is wonderful and we’re so glad to have him.

We are so happy with our new puppy!
We are so happy with our new puppy!! Thank you Puppy Spot for all your help! The overall experience was great. The communication was not the best for the first week. We considered cancelling our order. After that, it was a smooth ride to our breeder to pick up our boy.

Associates were helpful and kind
Associates were helpful and kind . The puppy does have a little kennel cough though . Chuck and Ryan were great!

Puppyspot has a pretty good website and…
Puppyspot has a pretty good website and makes shopping for a new puppy easy and educational. I'm in Eastern Virginia and my puppy was delivered by Premier Pet Transport LLC from Indiana and the puppy was clean, healthy and ready to go. Has his first vet appointment with our family vet tomorrow but he seems strong and healthy.

We love our new furry baby
We love our new furry baby! Purchasing process was very easy. More clarification of requirements should be provided prior to purchase. Luckily we're able to provide and meet all our pups purchase requirements. The transport team were great! They maintained great communication.

Required pet insurance and guaratee unclear.
Very friendly when calling for info on puppies. Good explanation of purchase process and how puppy gets to you. Bad: Too many emails! Insurance solicitations are never ending. Important info on guarantee and how it works is hard to find because it gets lost In the barrage of emails. It was never made clear that insurance is required until after purchase

Puppy spot was super nice during…

Everything was great
Everything was great, but the time between me purchasing her, and the time she finally arrived was lengthy. It might have helped to give updates; other than that, it has been a good experience, and I am in love with my new puppy Snow Ball, now Lily.
