Okay now I’m going to give only 2 stars. The reason for this, is after my first review you sent an email attempting to explain your thoughts as to my review and complaints. You also said someone from puppyspot would reach out see if there is anything we could do to improve on our communications. Well once again you have dropped the ball on communications again because I have not heard from puppyspot. Let’s just call a spade a spade! Please don’t contact me anymore with open ended promises and non truths. Just by not contacting us to see how the dogs were adapting to us, tells me once again you care about money more then the pets you sell. The only positive thing I’m going to say to puppyspot is we love our dogs and we are very thankful for them.

Puppy Spot was a disappointing experience. From the first conversation I was not told the correct time frame of puppy delivery. The rush was on to get our money but then silence and a run around on time frame from 7-10 days to 5weeks. Then you have us locked into payment with a heavy cancellation fee. I did get a lovely puppy finally but I then was hounded to get him seen by a vet even after PS extended the time frame, which under these circumstances was challenging. It was done in 3days. I felt this experience was stressful and unfair. As nervous as I was to use an online service, my fears were challenged in many ways. Luckily the pup is an accurate depiction of what I expected. The next time I get a new furry family member I will stay local.

WE WOULD NOT USE PUPPYSPOT AGAIN As soon as I payed my $3,000, my so-called puppy concierge disappeared. My questions about my 20 week old pup went unanswered. I am assuming there was little to no communication between PuppySpot and my breeder. I did not expect my beagle to be housetrained, but at least expected her to have the experience of doing her jobs somewhere other than an indoor hard surface. She refused to pee outside as though it were totally foreign to her. She (Abby) also pees shortly after entering her crate, with the door open or closed. This suggests to me that she was used to doing that in the 6 weeks she lived with her breeder. Crate training will be next to impossible. Of course we will not give up, and will probably spend time and money figuring this out. But we did not have to suffer through this process with our first three dogs. The transportation folk were friendly. They were late due to their truck breaking down. I am also completely forgiving of the delay due to the COVID 19 virus and the resulting flight cancellations. All dogs needed to be converted to ground travel and I'm sure it was difficult. Abby did not arrive with the promised bag of food. Another oversight of the breeder, transport, PuppySpot? Not sure. I am giving 2 stars instead of 1 because of the troubled times we are in. Regardless. You do not get what you pay for at PuppySpot.

Great puppy, terrible service. First of all, we found a wonderful puppy and breeder through PuppySpot and I'll always be happy about that. Problem is the service. I have submitted 3 customer service requests that have all gone unanswered despite multiple attempts. PuppySpot was eager to find me a pup and get my money, but showed no interest in helping answer my questions afterward.

I understand we are in a pandemic but the communication between us in regards to transporting my puppy was very disappointing. Also, the wellness check up and shots that was supposed to be covered was not because you only pay for a VCA or whatever vet clinic. So I had to pay for t myself. Not happy about this process.

I do not recommend. When we were first looking and purchased, the communication was amazing! As soon as we hit the "ok" button, things changed. Communication stopped, we were never given the breeder info (and made to feel stupid for asking)... and then came the transportation. First of all, the driver (Samantha) was A ROCKSTAR and the only good thing about this entire experience. Our puppy was supposed to arrive on Easter and as of Wednesday, we hadn't received notification that he was picked up. MULTIPLE calls and EMAILS were sent - NOTHING. I called on Thursday and they told me the wrong dog was picked up. When I asked to talk to the transportation coordinator I was told, and I quote "I will not put you through to bother her... she's working." I will not go on as you can imagine how the rest of that conversation went. Samantha called me when she got the dog and I begged her to be here by Easter. She totally made it happen. One thing I did notice though (not her fault)... there was only one person in the van. We were promised two. Dont go this route.

At this time, I’m not very happy with this experience. While the puppy I choose was delivered safely. I was not told of the size and weight of my puppy and she was a lot larger than I expected. I’m not very happy and feel like I was sneaked out of extra details. I’m not happy at all with this process. I had no idea when my puppy was arriving and came a week early. She arrived an afternoon prior to the date. I was informed two days prior.

Too many moving parts and slow, poor communications with “puppy managers,” made for a cumbersome pick-up coordinating experience.
