Good communication
Good communication, except for health issue that we didn't learn about until we saw paperwork at delivery.

It was a good experience other than the waiting time of arrival
It was a good experience although I feel Like from the point of choosing my Puppy until the arrival definitely was to long of a wait assuming because of transportation they should have other outlets for transportations if there is more than a1-2 week wait

Premier Pet Transfer saved the day
The premier pet transport were wonderful. Puppy spot had sent the incorrect delivery time to me but our drivers Dallas and Skyler were able to coordinate and adjust, so I did not have to take off time from work to meet them with my puppy. I knocked down a star because of the initial miscommunication and the fact that I received numerous phone calls from puppy spot about dogs that were no longer available for adoption.

Overall experience was wonderful
Overall experience was wonderful, however, breeder was unavailable and I didn't receive any contact information to reach out to the breeder directly. There was some miscommunication about how I will receive my new puppy, plane or ground transport. However, I would highly recommend since the process was very straight forward. Chuck and Ryan from Premier Pet Transport did an outstanding job bringing our new labradoodle puppy to us safely from Indiana to New Jersey. Thank you Chuck and Ryan!

So far so good
I will finish review after first wellness visit but up to now pleasantly surprised. Communication was very good but there were hiccups. Issue with reps not having the same answer to a question and also with a email response. Pick up was seamless, Premier Pet Transport specificlly Chuck and Ryan absolutely know what they are doing when they hand off pets to there new owners, they communicated well prior to delivery and were spot on when they handed me my pup Like I said so far so good but the real test comes after my pups first vet visit. My new puppy is fitting in beautifully…
My new puppy is fitting in beautifully and is beautiful. She loves to play. I've just had her one day and she is already bonding with me. She follows me around all the time. She and my 13 year old dog get along fine. New puppy wants to play and the old dog tolerates her. Her delivery drivers were Nathan B and Gary. They met me as scheduled. Reviewed the paperwork and handed me my puppy.
