Like most of people said their services are great until we paid. I requested to contact a breeder and get some info. They never do. Have not updated photos. When I received puppies, they were totally different look and stunk so bad. We paid for door to door services and I did not realized puppies were traveled five days in the small cage with bunch of puppies in the track. I doubt the driver even took a walk with puppies. You Never knew. The positive side is I got puppies in the month at their 9 weeks which their customer service said I will get puppies in 12 weeks. But I paid two times as much as the market price. If you really want to get a puppy soon, then you should take this. Waiting time for breeder is more than 6 months if you are lucky, But I fully recommend you should pick up a puppy.

Although I am happy with the concierge availability and responsiveness prior to receiving my puppy, I am incredibly dissatisfied with the state in which he arrived dirty with fleas, worms, and traumatized from his journey. Despite my complaints I have not yet received the refund for my vet visit and travel expenses

The account manager was horrible. She cancel my account and put my puppy back to available. She got upset over getting called out for not explaining The traveling restrictions. She was rude and unkind. I will never purchase a Dog from here again or advice anybody to do so.

Responsiveness was great when it came to buying our puppy. It was dismal when it came to actually getting the puppy. I had to call multiple times and was on hold for at least 40 minutes with each call. In general the customer service people are very nice, but on one occasion I was promised a call back and never received one - and in others they simply were not able to help. The delivery date for my puppy was delayed because the breeder wasn't able to get a final vet check - not puppyspot's fault - but trying to get information on an alternative date was impossible - and there was no timing clarity or flexibility. That said, so happy with our new puppy.

I would be very leery of this company and purchasing a puppy from them. We bought a puppy from them (known then as Purebred Breeders) 10 years ago and the dog turned out to be a wonderful healthy pet. I inquired about a puppy recently and got very little assurance about the health of the puppy. They told me that the breeder of this specific dog did not do any genetic testing (it is common among reputable breeders to do some testing depending on the breed) but yet they stated the puppy was healthy. They also sated that the puppy would be given a thorough exam at 8 weeks but the purchaser would only see the report when receiving the puppy. When I questioned the Puppy Spot person about testing, she abruptly told me the I was not a Puppy Spot customer and hung up. Their prices are high and one would expect some better assurance of receiving a healthy dog without common genetic problems. I would recommend going directly to a reputable breeder for your puppy and not rely on a third party broker who has a vested interest in getting the puppy sold.

We love our puppy but just about everything PuppySpot “promises” is a lie. Puppy arrived with bilateral luxating patella clear on her pre travel vet check yet we were not notified. Then we find out she has Giardia as well. PuppySpot claimed to get weight from breeder who reported 7lbs, she was actually 5lbs and the pictures they sent of her weren’t even pictures of our dog. I certainly believe they are working with puppy mills. They provide no breeder info and they are not responsive when asked for pupdates.

The person helping me select the correct puppy was great but after that it’s been terrible. They transported by van which broke down in Las Vegas. I was given no information and the puppy didn’t arrive for another 24 hours at 230am. No one has really tried to contact me either

My largest issue with the process was communication. The day I was scheduled to get my puppy I took off work, made plans to have all kids and other pets away from the house to ensure the puppy (12 Weeks) would not be overwhelmed upon arrival. 29 Minutes before my scheduled arrival (2:30 PM) I received a call advising me the flight the previous day was canceled, therefore my puppy would not arrive until the next day. The company had knowledge of this, yet failed to contact me at any point (other than 29 mins prior) to let me know the Puppy would be a day late. Logistically they had to make others aware, such as the person(s) driving my dog and staying one night in a different state, yet the person who paid a hefty amount was never notified. I should have expected this due to the fact that my puppy manager (I think that was the title) was happily calling me and assisting until I made my payment. After that, I sent multiple emails and placed multiple calls where messages were left. He never called back. (I mean never, I have owned my dog now for 1.5 months.) After not receiving any calls back I left messages on the basic number twice and was eventually called back. During that time, person placed me on hold to get my answers, I was on hold for 21 mins and eventually hung up on. I called back and was just on hold waiting for a call for another 30 mins. The lady who picked up this time has to be the employee of the month for the last 10 years because she was AWESOME!! She gave me a little faith in the process and was extremely helpful, professional and efficient. I will start off by saying I am extremely patient. While I understand things happen and mistakes can be made in processes, this struck me as more as business as usual. When I paid the amount I did during this process, it was to ensure I received a quality dog, from a quality breeder. I also expected higher-quality customer service. I truly hope Puppy Spot puts more energy into verifying the quality of breeders they are using than they did providing (or lack of) customer service to me. As for my puppy, she is amazing. I am thankful and my family loves her. I am hoping she continues to provide us years of happiness.
