On the day of transport, the driver arrived on time and immediately made our pet feel comfortable with their kind and reassuring demeanor. My baby arrived at the destination happy, healthy, and calm.

We love our new puppy so much. From the very moment we inquired about him, the delivery and all the in between we received nothing but excellent service. Tony helped us with purchasing our cocker spaniel & answered all questions and concerns leading up to this day. Chuck & Ryan were also amazing, making sure we were kept updated and even got to the meeting place early. Our new puppy is wonderful, it has only been a few hours and he is already potty trained to go outside & sleeps soundly in his crate. You can tell he was well taken cared of and preloved!

I was concerned about purchasing a dog online but decided to give it a try after not finding local breeders for beagles. The team at PuppySpot understood and eased my concerns and I went ahead with the purchase. They were professional and kept me informed of each step. Premier Pet Transport did an excellent job Nathan T, and Skyler were on time and explained everything about the caring for my beagle and gave me the health documents needed for my vet. Chuck & Ryan went above and beyond to ensure our final step of puppy adoption was a memorable and heart felt experience. They appraised us of their ETA (actually arriving a little earlier than first predicted) and chose an easy to find, nice, public space to rendezvous. Chuck greeted each of the puppy adopters cordially and quickly guided each through the necessary paper work. Ryan was the unseen hero in the van, giving each puppy a final “glow up” and bow for that special first look at our precious new family member!! Every puppy looked adorably fresh and fluffy!! When Chuck brought our little golden doodle out, our hearts immediately melted! Chuck snapped a memorable “first photo” to honor the moment. We are so grateful for their professional, yet warm and caring attention to the process. We wish them all the very best, they have a special gift for what they do!!

My son and I always wanted to get a dog but we did not know where to look for. Puppyspot made the whole process very easy. All the tips provided were super helpful since it was our first puppy.
