Each time I called to ask for information, the employees of Puppy Spot were extremely helpful. If they didn't have an answer they would speak with a supervisor and call me back. The drivers of Premier Pet Transport LLC, Nathan B, and Gary were awesome! They kept in touch with me throughout the 2 day transport. The delivery was great! I love my new Golden Doodle, Annie!(Her name on Puppy Spot was Tina) She is just the sweetest, most gentle, loving and so smart! I taught her to climb up and down the stairs to my house in less than 5 minutes!! Annie is already potty trained and she is just an absolute delight!!

We picked up our puppy Wrigley Dec 5. And what a perfect little guy he’s been an absolute joy. Puppy spot was easy to work with answered all my questions made the whole process and pick up very simple. I hope this makes onto the breeder.

Everything was wonderful from picking my puppy to delivery. I was kept up to date the whole time. Nathan B & Gary with Premier Pet Transport were great! My puppy arrived safely and they gave me progress updates en route. The communication with the entire company was better than expected.

Got our new bundle of love in perfect shape and that was an answer to many prayers. Chuck and Ryan from Premiere Pet Transport made sure our little pup made it all the way from Oklahoma to California. They checked on her every 90 minutes and kept her clean, fed and hydrated as if she were their own little pup. We highly recommend using Puppy Spot and the Premiere Pet Transport folks if you are looking for a new addition to your family!

Chuck and Ryan were early! This made it a wonderful opportunity for my son to accept and bond with his new puppy! The transfer was seamless and included a first picture! Shady the former Nico appears to be a well ajusted bundle of energy.
