The puppy is absolute perfection
The puppy is absolute perfection! We adore her! There was a glitch in delivering her to us, (she’d been re-routed to Chicago rather than St. Louis.) I waited for hours at the place I’d been instructed to wait and then had difficulty reaching ANYONE at PuppySpot as their business day had ended. Ultimately, I did, though and she was delivered to our door the following evening.

Happiness is…
I now feel complete! I have a new wonderful life w/my new addition to my family. I family member that I chose w/the assistance of PuppySpot! A constant companion. I will do everything in my power to give, Pierre the BEST LIFE EVER! PuppySpot was there for me every step of the way! Informative, helpful, friendly assistance! I thought that I was told that the pick up point would be 50 miles or less & it was approximately 80. I later learned that that was approximate. The only other misunderstanding that I had w/PuppySpot was that I thought a travel carrier was included for my journey home after the in person pick up. All went well & surprisingly quick when greeted by friendly DALLAS & CLINTON!! Everything went smoothly & I could tell that Pierre had travelled w/kind & caring DALLAS & CLINTON. I would definitely recommend DALLAS & CLINTON as pet transporters. Well educated & capable employees of PuppySpot! Thanx!

I am so thankful for the wonderful…
I am so thankful for the wonderful treatment of my new puppy. She came to me clean, happy and ready for her new life. Chuck and Ryan were very professional, but also very friendly. A big thank you goes out to them from my heart.

Great Service
I received my puppy in a timely manner and in a healthy and happy condition! The drivers Nathan T and Skyler were very thorough with the shots records and information process. Our girl Lacey was safely delivered ❤️

I had a good experience but would have liked to communicate with the breeder I didn’t recieve any breeder info at all when we picked up our puppy

Everything went pretty smooth
Everything went pretty smooth. Only issue was the length of time it took to get her. I feel 5 weeks is too long. Nathan was great! 5 stars for him.

FRIENDLY KNOWLEDGEABLE PEOPLE
FRIENDLY KNOWLEDGEABLE PEOPLE. DROP SPOT FOR MY PUPPY A BIT DIFFICULT DUE TO SO MANY OTHER PEOPLE PARKED IN THE LOT. PUPPY WAS NERVOUS, BUT SEEMED OK. I WAS GIVEN AN UNMARKED BAG OF HIS FOOD. TOLD HOW THEY HAD BEEN FEEDING HIM. THEY CAME OVER 12 HOURS LATE AS WEATHER PROBLEMS SLOWED THEM DOWN.
