We were told they were going to drive Arthur here and then decide to send him by plane to Portland Oregon which was a 5 hour drive to pick him up only to find out he was going to be delayed by 2 hours then 4 hours then ended up getting to Portland 7 1/2 hours late (9pm) and we had to drive home 5 1/2 hours. I felt so bad for Arthur. We did not get one piece of communication from PuppySpot about all the delays. That frustrates me. It seems they could have changed planes sooner than keep him in a crate for 14 hours. I was so sad for the dog . PuppySpot needed to be more proactive with communication.

Poor communication Outright deceiving Once sale is made you get a whole lot different deal than the one that sales person promised you Untrustworthy I would not buy for them ever again

We love our new mini-goldendoodle, Eunice! This is our first time working with a company to get a dog. I am very pleased with the medical and vaccination information that came with her. Unfortunately, she arrived with kennel cough and now has diarrhea. Her experience with the travel must have been traumatic because she reacts violently when being put in a crate for travel. Any other dog we have had love rides in the car. It seems like PuppySpot needs to revisit their travel partners, as well as, provide more information to their customers about any previous training/practices they used with your new puppy.

I do not like all the advertising & sales pitches for different items. I had to request my pups shot records & now I am wondering when I will receive his papers

I didn’t have a lot of bad experiences with PuppySpot, but there were a few things that were aggravating. Mainly getting through to a live customer service rep. I often spent quite a while on hold and it’s irritating to talk to go to the app when the customer service person tells you there is no app.

The communication is extremely late to non-exsistent. I would either get no response to their own email or text message and I would have to send another email or they would respond to me a week later. That being said, everything else was 5 star. They should have someone dedicated all day to just replying to emails.

On 3 different occasions I spoke with someone on your help center to explain to them that I was unable to open Dexter’s account. I never did gain access to it. Also Dexter arrived absolutely traumatized due to his plane ride. I have now had him since Thursday, December 28th. He is so traumatized that he will not come out of his crate if anyone or anything is in the room. It has now been 9 days and he has not been out of his OPENED crate except to use a puppy pad or take 1 or 2 steps out to eat and drink. I have been in contact with trainers and my veterinarian. I am continuing to do everything they have guided me through to no avail. I feel so bad for Dexter.

The interactions with Puppy Spot staff were great! When we picked up our puppy she smelled of urine and feces that was stuck to her fur. The familiar “puppy breath” wasn’t present until several days of regular water/food and bathing her. She appears to be a healthy puppy but based on the condition we received her, I’m afraid she was not tended to properly.
