My puppy was delivered safely and promptly. One thing that could have been done differently would be to use hypoallergenic waterless shampoo. She arrived smelling extremely strong. I had to give her a bath as soon as she got home. Otherwise, all was well. Thank you for your safe service.

Clinton and Nathan from Premier Pet transport did a great job delivering our new pup, who arrived happy and healthy! The were on time and both Puppy Spot and Premier were communicative throughout the process.

Excellent experience with my representative Lisa at Puppy Spot. She was able to provide me links after discussing what kind of dog I was interested in. The IT experience you need to have patients but Lisa quickly knew how to work around the glitches. Premier pet transport provided excellent service and communicated with me directly. The only negative thing I would say is there is a disconnect with the logistic team at Puppy Spot with hired transporter, end customer and internally with sales staff. I would have to reach back to Lisa for corrections and responses from their logistic team.

Our experience was flawless. We received several emails a day updating us on our puppy’s transport, health records, and timing. We got our pick up email the day before his arrival. We were to meet the transport company at 8:45pm at a specified location. We arrived 30 minutes early, and the van was already there. Once they checked our identification, we were given our puppy along with a small bag of his food and all of the health records, and AKC documents. This took only 15 minutes and we were in our way. Roy and Joey were so kind and helpful. I could tell that our new puppy had been in trustworthy hands. I would highly recommend Puppy Spot and their affiliated transporters !!! Judy & Mark Anderson

I really enjoyed the awesome communication between the drivers Joey and Roy. They kept us informed on arrival time and location meetings place. When we arrived there they were both there and very friendly. We could tell they loved there jobs. It made it a very pleasant 😊 experience! We received our puppy happy and healthy 💕

Puppy Spot had excellent communication and services after our purchase. Guidance and resources were very appreciated. Joey and Roy, with Premier Transport also had excellent communication and took great care of our puppy while in transport. Joey and Roy were very professional and we appreciated their care getting our puppy to us.
