Puppy spot and Premier Pet Transport…
Puppy spot and Premier Pet Transport were fantastic. There was plenty of communication throughout the process. The meet up was quick and professional, and the puppy is adorable.

My experience has been great so far
My experience has been great so far. I received my puppy today. Dallas and Buck were friendly and courteous. I think the ride to TX was a bit much for the puppy because she threw up twice on the way home. I was not prepared for that to be the first impression but things happen.

Our drivers came on time were amazing with communication!
Our drivers (Chuck and Skyler) came on time and communicated so well! Our driver even had a Santa hat on. You could tell how well the pups had been taken care of. We were very pleased to see such attention to care with our sweet puppy!

PuppySpot and Premier Pet Transport…
PuppySpot and Premier Pet Transport were so easy to work with. The communication with my concierge, Sarah, was outstanding. I had some initial concerns and she was proactive in getting them resolved. I always knew what the schedule was and how I needed to prepare for my new puppy. The transport drivers, Nathan B and Gary were great. They kept me posted on their arrival time and location. My puppy was well taken care of during the trip. I couldn’t be happier with my adoption choice!

Informative correspondence
The fact that they kept us up to date about their arrival time made it easier for us to schedule our pickup of Storm. We were happy to have been able to pick up Storm before the scheduled time.
