I am extremely pleased with PuppySpot and the quality puppy I received. As a Christmas gift to my husband who has been asking for a dog for two years. I would always tell him tomorrow....when he thought tomorrow was the day I would tell him today is today, and tomorrow is tomorrow. Suffice it to say tomorrow was a long time coming. After much research and prayer I happened upon your site and was pleasantly surprised to find our forever dog then named Bobby. He is a happy growing pup that has captured our hearts and we could not be more pleased with him and all the support we are received from the company during the process. Thank you puppyspot, thank you American Airlines, and thank you to the courier who brought our fur baby directly to the door and handled him with extreme care. Not only was my husband surprised but is thoroughly attached to Buddy. Thank you PuppySpot you are the best!

We received, then named Kipper, now Benny, early in December 2024. He came to us clean, happy, but a little tired, He came a long way. We couldn't have asked for better service from anyone. They were courteous and helpful the whole way through our waiting period and even after we received Benny. They even gave us a credit on our purchase because puppies were put on sale for "Black Friday". He is happy, healthy, and growing like a weed. Oh, and not too spoiled. We will purchase again if we ever decide to get another baby. I also recommend Fetch Pet Insurance. Great insurance.

Tilly was delivered to us in New Hampshire in August this year. She is everything we hoped for. She is now pretty much potty trained. Very smart and loves people and kids. Puppy spot was in touch with us through the whole process from purchase and travel arrangements. They helped with her feeding schedule any questions we had. I do recommend this company. They sent a great puppyspot package to us to get started. A doggie bed, blanket, leash, toys all of great quality. Only concern is the long travel for her in a crate. If I were to get another pup I recommend picking them up in person.

Ryan and Richard with Premier Pet Transport did an amazing job of delivering our puppy Terry the lab to us. They communicated well while they were in route and were at the drop off spot when they said they were going to be.

She was so knowledgeable and patient with answering our questions. We communicated with her several times before deciding on Rudy. After the purchase, we received multiples emails from Puppy Spot preparing us for our baby. Nathan B. and Gary, our delivery drivers contacted us throughout the journey from Ohio to Georgia. We were nervous about getting a puppy, but your process helped us welcome Rudy without worry.

The entire process, from the moment I researched this site, to our concierge who answered every single question we had, to the drivers Dallas and Buck, who delivered our little bundle, was easy, smooth, and enjoyable.
