Service and staff were very helpful and the breeder was great via zoom. Plus we meet again at pick-up location. Everything went smoothly. We love our new pup!!! We had received items for a large puppy but a senior manager contacted us and straighten out the problem immediately. We are very pleased with this company and so pleased with our new family addition.
