From my initial contact to my delivery, each person I spoke with was professional, patient and polt I e. Although I waited 7 weeks for my DeLight, previously named Monica, having h er in my arms was indeed a delight. Recommend them highly!

I am so happy to receive my puppy. She's the sweetest puppy I've ever met. Her tail wags constantly and she just wants to be around me. I appreciate the service and back up PuppySpot provides. I would recommend that the pick up time is during daylight hours as it's uncomfortable for a woman to meet an unknown person in a strange town after dark.

PuppySpot is a great company to work with. I found them to be very professional and our Puppy Concierge was helpful and efficient in answering and working out any problems or questions we had. Every thing went well with the purchase and transport set up afterward. The only problem we had was that our puppy came out of the truck with a noticeable cough. We attributed this to the fact that Brock came a long way and that this type of thing would be upsetting to a puppy, etc. Of course we already had our own Vet set up with an appointment two days after we received our puppy as suggested by PuppySpot. Our Vet took a close look at Brock and determined that the cough could be "Kennel Cough" a common event in transporting pets, etc. Brock's Veterinary Report that came with him did not indicate any problems and a clean bill of health was provided, but after two rounds of antibiotics and even a chest X-ray we still have a coughing puppy. He is not sick, running a temp, or off his food. In fact he eats well plays well and other than the cough is a normal healthy puppy. It's a good thing that I took PuppySpot's advice and took out the Health Insurance to keep his 10 year health warranty in effect. After nearly $700 in additional Vet Bills I was forced to make a claim for his extended care. Just Food for thought, it's anyone's guess how this puppy came to us with a noticeable cough. I guess time will tell how this will work out.

Initially I was told by the senior adviser that I would be able to contact him any time if I had questions but once I purchased the dogs I could no longer get a hold of him. The number He gave me was going to the Puppy Spot support center which wasn't a problem, but I did not appreciate being told one thing then having it changed on me without notice. Everything went pretty smooth with the transport of the puppies. All their medical records were with them although one of the puppies my vet had to call to get more info bc the information wasn't clear. Overall I was pleased with my puppies and it's nice having support when I need it.

Premier pet transport did an excellent job of transporting my puppy. Otto 778353. He arrived clean well fed. The drivers were Beau and Gary. They were not only on time but they were early. They contacted me. Everything went very smoothly. I would give them five stars. For Puppy Spot I give the four stars because it was very hard to contact them once you paid for your puppy. I never received any information on the parents and never got any updates (no pictures like they promised) even though I waited for my dog for a month Plus they will give you no information about the breeders. They wouldn’t even tell me what was the closest airport to where they lived. I don’t understand why they are hiding the breeders because if they’re legitimate breeders, they shouldn’t be trying to hide them, so it makes you wonder where they’re really coming from. And because of that reason, I probably would never use them again unless they change that. Even though I am 100% happy with my puppy another thing that I don’t like as they say there’s a 10 year guarantee but you have to have pet insurance so really they’re not guaranteeing your puppy at all. The pet insurance is paying for your puppy if anything is wrong. I think that’s false advertisement. I was sweating it for a little bit, after reading all the horrible reviews. But I’m happy to say my puppy arrived healthy and in good shape.

There were problems with coordinating the transport, but puppyspot made it right. Ryan and Richard from Premier Pet Transport were outstanding.

I would give 5 stars. I previously wrote one for 1 star because there was zero communication after I paid. Fast forward. Puppy spot got the review and called me. I got the most wonderful pet nanny who delivered the cutest baby ever. It made the wait the best. Puppy spot promised they would communicate with their clients better and took it serious so A plus. Thank you ! I hope everyone adopts and rescues. I ended up to wanting to find the same kind of dog I rescued so I did. The travel nanny was so great. Sara!
